Quiet private neighborhood large yard, woods out back for cross country skiing or snow shoeing. Minutes from downtown, ski areas, Kancamagus Highway, Saco River and yes North Conway's great shopping and dining! Just remodeled all bedding, towels, furnishing, kitchen equipment, heat and central A/C new. You will need nothing show up and enjoy the White Mountains and everything the area has to offer! Yes wood is provided for relaxing by the wood stove! This duplex has the manager living year round in the other unit, Christine is a great help in whatever your needs might be.

We couldn’t have been any happier with our stay! The house was perfect for just the two of us but could easily have accommodated six. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Little things, maybe, but the bedding and towels were things I would have in my own home—high thread count and plush towels, not what you usually find at rentals. Lived just sitting on the front porch hanging out. Keith communicated beautifully…checked in on us by text but not obtrusively. The check out instructions were so simple and minimal that I texted Keith to make sure we didn’t miss anything…the usual like take the trash out and the like. His response to do i need to do anything was, “Not a thing, this is your vacation so just leave the property tidy.” Really happy with our stay—if we’re back in the area, would definitely stay here again. Thanks Keith!

This is now our favorite home in Conway. We come once a year for our girl getaway weekend. This house has all that you need for the perfect stay and is in a great area. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will be back. Keith, the host, was very responsive and friendly. One of the nicest person I have dealt with when using short term rentals. All rooms and area of the house were clean, it has been remodeled and the cozy feel was perfect for us. The living spaces are big enough to enjoy time all together, play games or just chill.Thank you Keith! You will hear from us for next year for sure :)

Keith’s place is amazing!!! We used to live in NH and moved to Florida 3 years ago. We decided to rent up in the White Mountain area because we used to own a second home in Glen NH and we absolutely love it up there. We had our family and friends come throughout our 3 week stay. This beautiful home has plenty of room. It’s a wonderful older home with modern updates while still keeping its old New England charm.I love to cook and made several great meals in the well stocked kitchen. We also grilled out in the gorgeous back yard where my grandsons had a blast playing soccer. The deck and the front porch were absolutely lovely to sit and breath in all the fresh air. Keith had everything we needed and more.Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of linens and the towels were so plush. Plenty of soap, laundry detergent, cleaning products etc. The living room was very comfortable and a great space to gather. Plenty of seating for all our guests in the dining room as well. There was also plenty of off street parking and the home is situated in a lovely neighborhood right off of Center Conway. It was a perfect area close to so many attractions. Keith checked on us a couple of times which was very much appreciated. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this terrific mountain getaway.Thank you Keith for everything!

This is a wonderful place to stay - peaceful, cool retreat after full days outdoors. Quiet, pretty neighborhood that was close to everything. The home is updated, decorated beautifully, spacious, clean, and very well stocked with anything you might have forgotten to bring (from olive oil to the large stuffed bear on the bed for our son to cuddle with). We visited in the summer, but expect this would also be very cozy in the winter with the wood burning stove and charming old home nooks and crannies. Keith was very responsive, even reaching out to see if there was anything needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, updated and fully equiped with anything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the house was decorated as the pictures portray. The owner checked on us to see if we needed anything which was very nice. Toys and puzzles helped our 4 yr grandaughter happy. She loved the black stuffed bear. We were so happy with the house that we will definitely return.

Perfect Location for a White Mountain Getaway!

We always head up to Conway for a few days of riding in the spring. This location cannot be beat for all the area has to offer. Also, the house has every amenity you need and is the perfect set up for couples or a family. The neighbors are great as well...don't forget to say Hi to Lucky the black lab next door.

Our annual NH family vacation

My family has been vacationing in NH every summer for 15 years. We typically rent a condo but I was looking for more space this year. Our two children are young adults and our baby is a yellow Labrador retriever. This house was perfect! It was extremely well-stocked, very clean, close to the outlets, and had the extra space we wanted, including a big backyard area. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is adorable. Keith’s communication was great. We loved our stay here!

Comfortable house with a lot of space (which we needed)

We stayed in this house with our son and wife who need to maintain physical separation from others, and this house provided that in a comfortable setting. There is a bedroom on teh first floor with private bath and two bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor,; there is a dining room table and a separate kitchen table, close enough for conversation. The house is close to the entrance to the Kancamagus Highway. The beds are very high, and would be a challenge for elderly, disabled, or short people; the beds were very comfortable; steps were provided in the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen is well outfitted. The dog amenities were a nice touch - we traveled with our dog. All in all, a good place to stay.

Great property great stay

The property is as described on VRBO. I love staying here. It was located close to everything. The property was immaculately clean. The owner was very hospitable and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great kitchen for a cook

We stayed a week in October. The house was spotless and kitchen is furnished with everything imaginable - best quality. Beautiful remodel. Nice backyard with a grill. We stopped down the street at Northland Lobster and cooked fresh seafood for dinner several times.Highly recommend. Hope to come back next year.

Conway NH Home Stay

This very old (1890’s) house has been restored and updated to perfection. The neighborhood is a wonderful quiet neighborhood composed of similar beautiful restored 1800 homes within walking distance of the quaint New England downtown and a fun outdoor venue brewery.. We loved it! Close to great hiking and Maine.

We stayed at this accommodation in late July, the house was very nice, clean, plenty of room for four adults. Owner reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok, thought that was nice. We had a great week.

Amazing place for summer hiking with in town comfort

Beautiful town, with such amazing people and beautiful views. Great place for families with kids who love the outdoors to vacation. The house was very well cared for and beautifully decorated. Such a quiet and peaceful setting. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

This property is centrally located in Conway and within a 10-15 minute drive of anything you could possibly need. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, utensils, pots & pans etc. This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at on VRBO. The layout of the house was perfect for our party and the house was bigger than the pictures show. It is an older home with modern renovations and NH charm. We would love to stay again. Not having to check out with a laundry list of “to-do’s” was also very refreshing. Thank you Keith for checking in on us throughout our stay and making check in/out a breeze!

Best Rental Experience!

We travel a lot and this home is by far the best rental we have ever experienced. From the communication with the host/owner to the unit itself, first class all the way. The house is centrally located and has every comfort of home you could ask for. Pleasant neighbors with a friendly black lab topped off a perfect weekend. Can't wait to stay there again.

We felt so comfortable and enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful home, that is located in a quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. Clean and well stocked with more than I ever expected. Before I booked, I had a question, and Keith, the owner, reached out in record time. Keith happened to be on site when we arrived, and we were happy to meet him. Conway in Fall Leaf season

Property was clean and comfortable. It was close to scenic drives and parks to view the autumn leaves. We had to drive to all restaurants- most of them were in No Conway

Perfect in every way

We rent homes a few times a year and this was one of our favorites. Everything was perfect. The house was comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Both check in and check out process were super easy. Excellent communication from the owner who truly wanted our stay to be an enjoyable one. We would book this property again in a heartbeat!
