Spacious south-facing 2 floor, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home with A/C and spectacular views of Long Point, Provincetown Harbor and Cape Cod Bay, in a quiet neighborhood. Skylights, vaulted ceilings, 2-person sandstone shower. 3 private decks, featuring a roof deck with a 360 view which includes the Seashore dunes and the backside Atlantic and is a great spot for stargazing. Parking for 2 cars. Laundry room. 5 minute walk to (dog friendly) beach. 1 mile walk to Provincetown Town Hall through the buzzing, iconic gallery district or along the sandy beach. Walking and hiking trails just steps away.

Wow, another amazing stay at this incredibly well appointed and lovely property. After finishing the pan mass ride, it was such a luxury to make it back to Donna's place and between her and Renee feeling so welcome and having such responsiveness to small questions and things here and there.The house and the location are just absolutely fantastic!

Couldn’t have loved this place more! Gorgeous, spacious home with incredible views. Donna (owner) and Renee (property manager) were both helpful and welcoming. We will definitely rent this home again!

Great place!

It was wonderful! The house is beautiful, spacious and the views were spectacular. The Primary bedroom and bathroom were spectacular. Waking up everyday and seeing the ocean was impressive. The spa like bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing

Me and my fiancé and my dog stood for five days, it was a great experience. The home was beautiful and very clean. They have everything you can think of to make your stay memorable. The stores and restaurants are close bye and also the beautiful beaches. We met so many friendly people while we were there. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing week-long stay at Donna's home. The location was a tad further out than we've stayed in the past, but the place and the views made it worth it. It was very quiet and very peaceful. The home was very clean, super spacious, and the outside decks made it hard to leave. We had some hot days during our stay, but the unit remained cool with the air conditioning units. It's hard to find pet-friendly rentals in Ptown these days, and this home was very accommodating to our pup. He loved spending time in the sun on the decks. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Wonderful week in P Town!

Beautiful property, lovely stay and just is so well stocked and maintained. Loved every minute of our stay and was so easy to communicate and make sure we were all set with getting in, leaving, access to certain items, etc. Would recommend this property highly. The location is also beautiful and you feel like you are in a very secluded and private area. Access to bayside beach was also great for us and our dog.

The privacy and sophistication of Fire Island in Ptown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was amazing all around from the spectacular views of Ptown harbor, quiet private neighborhood and the amenities were totally 5 star. By far one of the top places we have ever stayed in when in Ptown. Very much reminded us of our Fire Island share. I can't say enough great things about this home.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed celebrating our 30th anniversary in PTOWN and this was the perfect place. Beautiful home and wonderful balconies with awesome views. Great kitchen for those who like to cook. Location is easy walk to Ptown destinations.

Peace and quiet, with a view

Amazing property high above the crowd but only a few minutes to town. This was our second stay and we’ll be back. House is well-equipped with 2 decks overlooking the Bay. Gorgeous. Spacious. Perfect.

A gem of a home in P Town

The house is lovely and so clean. Property manager is very communicative and super helpful regarding insider info for around town. Incredible views, and air conditioning. Quiet and peaceful. 5 minutes from downtown and a great market nearby.

Stunning Bay Views

The house has an impeccable modern design, and is built on a hill a 10 minute ride to downtown and a 7 minute walk to a beach. The high vantage point of the house gives the decks sweeping views of the bay. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks without leaving the house. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Provincetown.

Another excellent stay!

This was our second visit to the property, and like the first we were not disappointed. It is a lovely, impeccably maintained, well appointed home. It is removed from the constant summertime bustle of Commercial St., which we like, but easily accessible to everything by bike or scooter. Home has a beautiful expansive view on two levels, though I'd be concerned about losing some of that as the tree growth continues. It's perfect for one or two couples...perhaps not so much for a family requiring more than 2 bedrooms. It's likewise perfect for a senior couple, as long as you can go up stairs to the second level bedroom suite. Communication with the owner is excellent, and the property manager is available and responsive to any need that might arise. Overall, I can comfortably recommend the property...I doubt you can go wrong.

Great place!

Beautiful, well appointed home with outstanding views! Home is super clean with everything you need provided. The resident property manager, Renee, is responsive and efficient. Home and location is perfect for an individual, couple, or couple with say no more than two small children or teen. Fine for 2 couples too, but one will have a spectacular main (en suite) bedroom with gorgeous view, while the second couple will have a very comfortable room but with external bath, that opens to a stairway, kitchen on right, and living room on left. It's fine, just no where near as private or comfy as the master. Anyway, that's a small nit in an otherwise pretty perfect accommodation. We liked being away from the daily hubbub of Commercial Street (CS). Walking to a lot of popular parts of CS (restaurants, galleries, shops) can get old and tiring pretty quick, so bikes and scooters are recommended. We drove a lot, but those of you familiar with Ptown, know how difficult it is to navigate CS in the height of the season let alone find parking. Highly highly recommend this property...we hope to stay here again when we return!

Great Stay in East End of Provincetown

The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The views of the harbor were great. It is about a 25 minute walk to the center of town. Parking for two cars was easy - one in the driveway and one on the private road. The house is very dog friendly. Lots of towels and blankets specifically identified for dog use. The people that take care of the house live in the basement and have a cat. We had one person in our group who is highly allergic and he did have some symptoms. We didn't see the cat or any cat hair - so just a call-out for people that may be super cat sensitive. Also, because the laundry is in the basement area where the house manager lives, you can only do laundry from 10am-7pm when they are out of the house. That is the time we want to be at the beach, in town, and at dinner so it was a little tough finding time to do the laundry. But we got it done. The washer and dryer are on the newer side and worked well. In the end, I would stay here again. The house is very comfortable and clean, and the communication with the owner and the house manager was easy due to their responsiveness.

Peaceful getaway

My partner, our four-legged friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Donna's charming property in Ptown. We were impressed by the impeccable organization and thoughtful kitchen design when we stepped into the property. It was equipped with every utensil and gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. The attention to detail in this area set the tone for our stay, allowing us to enjoy some delightful homemade meals with ease. The outdoor space was fantastic as well with great views of the bay. One aspect that stood out was the property's location, though not as accurately depicted on VRBO's map. While the peaceful seclusion was a highlight, it's important to note that the property isn't within walking distance of shops, cafes, or restaurants. Contrary to our assumption, we were not the sole occupants of the property. We were informed that the caretakers resided in the downstairs apartment upon arrival. They were lovely. While this didn't affect our stay, it would have been better to have this information upfront to manage our expectations. Additionally, the restricted access to the laundry room during specific hours seemed a bit inconvenient. Our stay was truly enjoyable though, and we would consider returning to Donna's place in the future. The captivating views, well-equipped kitchen, and serene ambiance make it a worthy destination for a relaxing getaway.

Great Place to stay as long as it's not hot

I would like to see the description include that there is no AC in this house. We stayed 3 days in August, the first night it was 77 degrees in the house with 93% humidity. Not what I considered sleeping conditions. We went to Hiannis Port and stayed in a Hotel the next night, came back for the 3rd night as the weather had changed and the sleeping conditions were great. We loved our stay! The views from this home were spectacular and the kitchen was terrific. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home. Donna was extremely responsive and the property manager, Renee, was most helpful. Easy walk to beach and nature preserve both of which our poodle loved…
