You will certainly understand how Beach Front Breezes got its name while enjoying the ocean breeze on one of two beachfront decks. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Fully equipped and updated kitchen with stainless appliances and dining table for 8. Stackable washer and dryer is available in the condo for your convenience. There are also “sunset decks” off the dining room and queen bedroom with views of the Swan Lake wetlands and beautiful sunsets.

The beach view and access was incredible! Everything was so clean and decorated beautifully. Only complaint was the water smelled awful. Was told its the City water. Also, bring your own hair dryer and clothes iron if needed. Other than that it was great!

We Love The Townhome

We had a great time staying and had family nearby in other homes. Ours was the only one that offered a price break for visits lasting an entire week. We love that feature and will stay again. We also really loved having coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. The management is effortless to deal with, and that is another item we loved. See you next year!

Beautiful home right on the Beach

Loved the house and would definitely stay again! Loved the location and that it was right on the beach. My only complaint is some of the things it said were there weren’t. There wasn’t a regular coffee pot it was just a keurig, the pic I saw had a coffee pot/keurig combo. Also there is only 2 TVs not 3. Those things aren’t that big of a deal though, just had to go by some k cups. The host is great and communicated back quickly to me. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful Getaway

Our stay here was great the house was clean and inviting and the views did not disappoint. We don’t most of the time on the beach or balconies but when we stayed inside the furniture was comfy and the beds were nice. Well decorated and smelled really nice. Had plenty of plates utensils and dishes and a Kuerig which was a plus. The only thing is bring your own pods there were none but stores around open early. Also the stairway to the door is narrow so don’t overload your arms when unpacking. But the views and comfort of the place was on point not to mention the short walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend and stay again. And to add A/C worked great and the place stayed cool and the fans were a bonus.

Great Location

The location and beach access is GREAT! There were a couple minor issues that the host had taken care of within 30 minutes. All contact with the host was timely and handled efficiently.

We fell in love with Surfside a couple of years ago so we always love time there but this little trip definitely made some special memories. It was a quick trip with a mission but I also really needed some salt air therapy and I am so thankful we stayed here! It was just me and my daughter and we felt like royalty! The home has been remodeled and it is worth every dollar invested! It’s beautiful and practical! Comfortable and homey. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and so nice to have all the cookware and items we needed. The beds were comfortable, the couch was cozy and everything about this place we absolutely loved. It was storming all weekend but when it would let up we enjoyed the big back deck. The view of course cannot be beat! My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer but we will definitely be checking availability when we are able to get back down there. The house was spotless, welcoming and the perfect place to make forever memories!

Mold, mold, mold

Our first impression was the front door completely covered with mold. It smelled like mold inside as well. You could also see visible mold on ceiling air vents, and on the bathroom mirror. All of our clothes smell of mold, even the ones we didn't wear. One of my daughters is now coughing with a sore throat, which I blame on the mold, of course. It was well stocked and the decor was nice. The chairs on the patio were great. Fortunately we only slept here and spent the rest of the time with another family at a larger house down the block. I don't like leaving a negative review, but really want people to know before they book here.

great location, needs repairs for safety.

we enjoyed our stay, but it was in need of repairs. safety repairs, cosmetic I'm fine with, it needs those too. nail sticking out of the stairs inside, few of us got stabbed. the railing going into the house is rotting. one fell off when we used and others about to. the bridge to the beach had quite a few boards not attached, swayed when walked on.

Worse place I have ever stayed at! Dirty dishes, coffee pot was disgusting dishwasher was broke and had water standing in it with white stuff all in the bottom, dryer didn’t work, some lights didn’t work, chip bag and other trash under the bed and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. Contacted the owners and was told sorry you’re disappointed in your stay I’ll have maintance come out, then was told repair guy for the dryer would be out and they NEVER showed up!

Nice place but needs TLC

Enjoyed location but was greeted with front door almost solid mold .I had to clean due to smell of mildew . Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom was barely hanging on by a screw . Doors would not close on bedrooms or bathrooms . One of sliding glass doors would not lock and as I was carrying baby in hallway upstairs the baseboard fell from Wall right in my path and almost made me trip . This could be a nice place , furnishing are nice but definitely needs repair .
