Luxury Beach Front Pool villa with FREE USE OF GOLF CART. See description

The jungle villa at Blue Parrot Beach House is a unique private vacation rental with hotel like amenities such as tour/consierge service, on site massage services and private chef service by request. All located beachfront. There is also an upper independent villa on the grounds.

Relax in your spacious villa on the ground floor which can sleep 6 people comfortably.

Hang around in our hammocks, kayak in the ocean or paddle to Hopkins Village. We have lots of "beach Toys" for your enjoyment, including our fabulous pool!

The house is equipped with lock boxes at each door for complete no contact check in and check out. Security cameras on the outside of the building.

Enjoy free use of our golf cart for 3 days of your stay, in you rent for 7 days. Ask about short or longer stays.

House and location we're fantastic. House had everything you could need for both indoor comfort and outdoor activities. We used pool, kayaks, paddleboards, hammocks, chairs and games. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer.

Excellent Hopkins Villa

Great, roomy place right on the beach and close to several restaurants/resorts in South Hopkins--would definitely stay again.

Loved It

Our stay at the Blue Parrot Beach House was awesome. The house, pool, beach was great. Close to many restaurants and adjacent to dive shop. The town of Hopkins is a very cool town.

Belize adventure with friends

This was a great vacation property located in a nice area of town. The pool was a big plus that we used and enjoyed every day. The house was perfect for two couples or a family.

Great family vacation in Hopkins

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at the Blue Parrot beach house. We dove a couple days with Happy Go Luckie next door and also did their bioluminescence tour. It was great to just walk outside to the dock to start our adventures. It was nice to be in a quieter spot in Hopkins a well. Would love to stay again.

Outstanding Property

The property was awesome! Inside of the condo was very comfortable and beautiful, and the outdoor space was picturesque. Location is close to many great restaurants, bars, and shops. We rented a golf cart from across the street and got around everywhere, as it’s a short ride into the village and to other surrounding activities. Would highly recommend this spot to couples, families, or groups of friends!

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Parrot. The beachfront setting was incredible — waking up and seeing the ocean from our beds never got old. The views alone made this place special. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy and seamless. We loved having access to golf carts and bikes, and the location couldn’t have been better. It felt safe, walkable, and close to great restaurants and everything we wanted to do. The dock access was a huge bonus. Excursions picked us up right there, and we were just steps from the Jaguar Reef dock, where the kids had a blast rope swinging and jumping into the water. Those moments became some of their favorite memories of the trip. Having kayaks and paddleboards available added even more fun, and the pool and patio area were gorgeous — the perfect place to relax after full days of adventure. All together, it was a wonderful New Year’s trip. Blue Parrot delivered the perfect mix of comfort, location, fun, and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again.
