Private, Dog-friendly Suite w/ Hot Tub near Downtown COS

Welcome to our newly renovated, dog-friendly basement suite. This suite is 1100 sf and is entirely private and separated from our upstairs unit. If you stay with us, you’ll only be:

The Space

Make yourself at home with your furry friend! While we live upstairs, you’ll have an entirely separate space to yourself, including a separate back entrance and parking on the property. To ensure your privacy, we keep the staircase door separating our spaces locked at all times, though, you'll still likely hear us and our dogs!

The suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath + a cozy living area featuring a 55” TV and Amazon Firestick. However, the home is BYOL (bring your own login).

The living area also comes with everything you need to prep and eat a small meal. A Galanz mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee-maker, water dispenser, and utensils/plates/utensils will be available for use. Please note, we do NOT have a full kitchen available (no stove/oven, kitchen sink, or dish washer will be provided). Similar to how a hotel suite is setup.

Additionally, you’ll have a washer and dryer all to yourself!

The space can sleep up to 6 guests. We can squeeze 1 more person on the couch if y'all want to get super cozy :)

Bedroom 1 features one King bed with a premium memory foam mattress. In addition, it includes a desk for anyone who’d like to work from the room. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds, along with a large walk-in closet for lots of luggage storage. While our bathroom is small, it is clean, new, and features a gorgeous tile-to-ceiling walk-in shower. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and other toiletry items are also readily available during your comfortable stay! We do not, however, have a hair dryer, straightener or curler available for your use.

On our back patio, we have new 7-person hot tub for your use !

Our home is located in a little neighborhood close to all the amenities you need-- grocery stores, coffee shops, a golf course, and restaurants can be found within a 5 minute drive. Better yet, the best restaurants can be found 10 minutes away along Tejon Street!

Wi-Fi is also included!

Smoking and vaping is prohibited indoors but you're welcome to do so outside. A picnic table is provided for your leisure!

No parties allowed. Please make sure all guests and pets have been accounted for in your reservation.
