Unit features a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed with soft comfortable pillows and cooling technology sheets that you will never want to wake up. A full size body mirror to have that outfit on check, a smart tv to watch your favorites movies & shows and gorgeous high impact glass windows to overlook the Hollywood Blvd. Don't forget about the master ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 led light mirrors, a stunning shower and a high end shower head.

Second bedroom features a modern queen size bed with soft comfortable pillows and cooling technology sheets that will make you have a great night sleep. A full size body mirror because everyone needs to have that outfit on check, a smart tv to watch your favorites movies & shows and gorgeous high impact glass windows to overlook Hollywood Blvd.

The second bathroom features a bathtub that you can fill up and relax, with a high end shower head, and a led light mirror. Both bathrooms offer sulfate/paraben/cruelty-free and vegan complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

3rd bed is a high quality queen air mattress which you can find in the master bedroom closet.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will be given a special key fob where they will need to use to access building and amenities. The elevated resort pool is great for those days where you just want to relax and soak up the sun, overviewing a stunning view of all Hollywood, and a beautiful lush landscape area with lounge tables and chairs that is 100% kid friendly.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

1.We rent to guests less than 25 years of age on a case by case basis. Contact us to discuss further. Same applies to Locals.

2. A list of all occupants is required within 24 hours of booking. Each ADULT GUEST must provide a Government ID upon arrival.NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval. Guests with no ID or not on the list, cannot check in. We do not allow unregistered or unpaid for guests on the property at any time. If you bring extra people, we reserve the right to have those people leave or terminate the reservation immediately and removal from the property without refund. There will also be a $50 charge per guest/day for unregistered guests.

3. We will provide you a Key fob, parking sensor and parking permit. If any of these items are lost, will result in a $150 replacement fee.

4. LATE CHECKOUTS: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. There is a $50 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM. If unauthorized checkout is later than 12:00 PM, an extra $100 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking.

5. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

BOOKING THIS PROPERTY AND CHECKING INTO OUR HOME, CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO ALL OF OUR HOUSE RULES. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO, NOR WILL YOU SEEK COMPENSATION OF ANY TYPE, INCLUDING PARTIAL OR COMPLETE REFUNDS FOR ANY SUCH DISCLOSURES AS LISTED ABOVE.
