This gorgeous Puget Sound home features 4 bedrooms with plenty of room for the whole family! Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a quiet and private location, an awesome play structure for the kids, and a perfectly flat front yard for yard games!

The entry way into the home provides plenty of space for the whole family to kick off their shoes, hang their coats, and get ready to relax! Main floor has open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, baking dishes, utensils, etc., Large dining room table to seat 10, inviting living room with large smart TV, games, and telescope to enjoy the views! Head out the sliding glass door and enjoy the gorgeous deck overlooking the Puget Sound. BBQ for the family while enjoying views of the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or take a blanket and enjoy the fresh air by the propane firepit on the deck! Head to the garage for some foosball, ping pong, and additional TV! Main floor bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a bunk bed with trundle (3 twin beds).

Head upstairs to find a large media room with plenty of seating, large Smart Tv, and access to an upper deck with incredible views of the Puget Sound! Master bedroom on upper floor is spacious with a King bed, walk-in closet, dresser, TV, private bathroom with jetted soaking tub, and access to upper deck. Second upstairs bedroom holds a King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twin beds). Third upstairs bedroom has a private queen bed with walk-in closet.
In the backyard you will find plenty of room for activities, firepit (wood not provided), and a well taken care of Hot Tub. Enjoy the tranquil outside area by soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the sounds of peaceful nature.

Location is within the very friendly and inviting Manchester community in Port Orchard. Manchester is surrounded by water and is just minutes to the Southworth/Seattle Fast Ferry. House is located in a fairly private neighborhood, however noise can carry - please respect outdoor quiet hours of 10pm-8am.

- Please no shoes on carpet.
- Hot Tub for adult use only. Parents to supervise anyone under 18 at all times while near the hot tub. Use of the hot tub, demonstrates that guests acknowledge they have read all instructions and voluntarily accept all risks. No eating, drinking, or smoking in Hot Tub.
