Fabulous

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first response on Catbird Seat is the view and the closeness to the beach! Having stayed there before (a long time ago, it still took our breath away. Once you get past that you can appreciate the house. The wooden beams and ceiling, the flooring. And if you're a kitchen person - lots of cabinets and space. I loved that there was plenty of utensils and plates, etc.Was it perfect?... no. But it was perfect enough for hubs and me. It took us a couple of days to get the TV to work and called the Suncoast about it and they weren't helpful and never got back to us.but we weren't there to watch TV. Somethings we never figured out... like the light fixture over the table? Again, did it take away from our vacation?.. no. Pack

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yeah, No, I won't be back.Property doesn't match up to what they are charging.$250 a night for a mediocre property

Catbird Seat in December

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was as described. Location is excellent, close to town but far enough away to miss the traffic, House was clean and well maintained. Downstairs shower is small, some challenge getting in/out of shower because of sliding door space being so small. Kitchen needs minor things like lids to saucepans which were missing. Would stay there again.

Great location-Needs updating!

Great location and view of the water. House is very dated and needs new deck furniture. Only has 2 low sitting chairs so you cannot see the ocean. However, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great time.
