Half Hill is a unique and captivating villa. From the gate It strikes you as a traditional Spanish countryside mansion but once you enter this stunning property you experience its very cosy nature and Caribbean flair.
Half Hill is comprised of a main villa and cottage, has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. There is an infinity edge pool, Sonos sound system.

Please note that there is currently construction taking place at the neighboring property from 9am-5pm.
The property is comprised of two buildings, the main villa which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a grand living room, luxurious dining room and kitchen, casual dining area and a very relaxing sit-out area. Just across the pool hang-out area is a cute cottage that has 1 master bedroom and oversized adjoining patio upstairs, and downstairs a very spacious living room with 2 queen sofa beds and a large bathroom having both a shower and a bath.
Both buildings are flanked around the circular swimming pool which brings everything together. They share a common sit-out area which connects them and provides a continuous flow of positive energy. There is a Sonos system to enjoy music inside and out.
The view from the pool is spectacular as your vision passes over lush vegetation right to the glistening Caribbean Sea. The spacious living room offers premium cable television and WiFi internet, lots of seating for all the guests to hang out. Located very close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.
Guests who book this holiday home have access to the entire property, the villa, cottage, swimming pool and gorgeous grounds of the estate.
We only rent to one group at a time.

Caribbean Heights is one of the best neighborhoods in Montego Bay. The estate neighbors the grounds of the world famous Rose Hall Great House. Caribbean Heights is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.
There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.
The base price includes up to 4 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.
Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.
When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.
We provide a chef at nominal charge if needed to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to Half Hill.
We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.
Complimentary Services:
Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.
•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house
•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use
•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup
•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle
•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.
•Management reserves the right to enter if the need arises.
•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

We provide a first class chef service on request, all you have to do is say the word.
We do need to know in advance, as a matter of security, if you will be having extra guests to stay over.
If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.
Visitor Policy
Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
Date Changes
Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).
Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests)
All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.
All Service bookings are non-refundable.

Andrew was a deceitful and horrible guest to host, frankly we wish he never booked and we had a more worthy human at our property. Starting with his booking on August 12, 2022 where he only booked for 1 person knowing that if he entered the correct number of guests, which was 9, he would have to pay more, so immediately we caught this and that's how the relationship started. Next was the payment, it took 4 failed attempts on his credit card before the payment finally went through. So we already knew we were in for a rough ride, but it got far worse. He came up with a very long elaborate menu including shrimp, T-bone & Ribeye steaks, snapper, salmon etc. which is all great as we offer all of this, the issue was when it came to payment again and our prestocking fee, which Mr. Andrew Prevost was well aware about, we once again faced issues. We encourage guests to purchase their own groceries, it is not mandatory to use our service, if you choose to the fee is 15%, it is published online, on all platforms, our website, flyers, it is very well documented, and he knew full well, but being the person he is he tried to force us to work for him for free, once again trying to manipulate, we stood our ground and upheld our policies. We have never ever faced a situation where a guest try to re-engineer our policies. We told him just purchase the minimum through us and shop yourself when you arrive PLEASE! Somehow he had an epiphany and agreed to our fee, but we really should have rejected this as it gave him more ammunition. We honoured every service he booked, the staff and the management company are one, which he did not seem to understand, attempting to divide us, for his advantage. Where any service was not used or any food allegedly spoiled (as it's obvious some of the seafood was not stored correctly) he is currently being refunded. We will never accept a booking from him again and warn others villas / companies to be well aware of what to expect. Respectfully, HOSPITALITYEXPERT.
