Salt Life Villa is a ground-floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo featuring full panoramic Gulf of Mexico views from the living room & the master bedroom. Your dedicated covered parking space is just 8 steps to your front door, with no stairs to climb!
Step through the front door to the open floorplan featuring a living/dining area with bar, Smart TV, private high-speed WiFi, & full view sliding doors leading to the lanai. The kitchen is upgraded with all the amenities of home.
Two well-appointed bedrooms with fully private ensuite bathrooms, TV/DVD players, & ceiling fans for comfort. A private washer/dryer is also a nice amenity- no sharing with other guests!
The beachside, fully furnished screened lanai offers a "walk right out the door" down our private beach path to the pristine Gulf waters and powdery white sugar sand of the world renowned and #1 rated Siesta Key Beach. There is also a smaller side patio accessed only from the master bedroom with an outside shower right out the door. If you are planning a beachside dinner, our gas BBQ grill is there for your use.
All beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, and a beach cart are provided to make for stress-free days of fun and sun at the beach.
Enjoy our direct Gulf front location in this small, quaint complex of 6 units, which is the perfect retreat away from the crowds. Quiet moments of privacy, the sights and sounds of nature lend to a peaceful setting while enjoying your morning on the private screened-in lanai, or watching late afternoon sunsets; take in the Gulf breeze while hearing the calming sounds of the Gulf.
Take a stroll to Siesta Key Village only a few blocks away, or ride the Siesta Key Breeze trolley, which has a stop directly across the street heading north into the Village, or just steps away for a trip to the South Village area, and Turtle Beach. Both "Villages" offer an array of shops, restaurants, bars, and souvenir options. The Key also offers water sport rentals for those days out on the water.

Excellent Beach Week

I absolutely loved this property, Bonnie was very easy and accommodating to deal with. It was only a short walk thru the dunes to one of the nicest beaches you will ever see. Villa was clean and very well equipped, loved sitting out on the lanai each morning. Didn’t want to leave and will definitely return.

Family Getaway

We had a great time! The condo was nice, location was amazing! Loved being able to walk down to the beach and come back for lunch. Also super convenient to the village, a quick walk or free trolly ride. Owners/management company were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. The only downside was some construction going on in the building- in another unit.

Beautiful accommodation

Beautifully decorated apartment. Loved all the retro furniture and attention to detail. We had everything that we needed for a wonderful visit, including beach accessories. Loved the close proximity to the village and parking right outside the door. The only negative for us was the walk to the beach was a little difficult for my elderly mother, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location on Siesta Key

The location is perfect when looking at Siesta Key area. The beach is not crowded. Walk a simple path to the beach. Short walk to Siesta Key Village. Love the retro décor in the condo. Communication with property manager was extremely easy. We had no issues with our stay. I would stay at this condo again.

Was wonderful property, reminiscent of the Old Florida I remember when I was younger. Will be back again! Had everything we needed even though we brought down our own sand wheeled wagon...it was needed for us old farts dragging our stuff down to ocean. The trails to beach were quite soft so it helped!

Prime location!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location couldn’t be better - just a walk out the back to the beach or a 5-10 minute walk down to the village. Having beach accessories (chairs, towels, umbrella) was super convenient. Enjoyed having dinner or a morning coffee out on the lanai with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background. The Kitchen was great so we could stock up on food and beverages for our stay with a grocery store only about 10 minutes away. Designated parking spot was great. We would book again! Already missing that beautiful beach and sunset!

Hidden Gem

This rental property was absolutely perfect! I travelled with my friends and it was in the perfect location for everything. Easy beach access with plenty of chairs and 2 umbrellas already provided! Getting to a market, places to eat, and excursions are all attainable on the island. We had zero issues with our check-in or check-out. The only complaint I might state would be subpar cooking pans (very sticky), yet still useable. Along with the beds being a little stiff, but they still slept ! All in all I would highly recommend this place and would certainly stay there again!

Honeymoon getaway

This condo was the perfect place for our honeymoon getaway! Short walk to the village with plenty of options for dining. The condo was very clean and provided everything you need like beach towels, chairs, toys and even the beach wagon! We didn’t eat in very much but the kitchen was stocked well. Hd TVs where we were able to log into out Hulu and have a lazy cuddle day! Short walk to the perfect beach area that barely got even the littlest crowded! Big tip if your looking for fabulous seafood on DoorDash there is “juicy seafood” and it was amazing. Many restaurants in the village wasn’t carrying crab legs and that’s a must for me while on vacation, Juicy Seafood had crab legs and cheaper than the other places! We look forward to booking again next year for our one year an anniversary!

Super clean, comfortable place to stay!

The rental was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed at. I have small children and I'm very big about the floors being clean (and they were!!) There was also a small rechargeable vacuum available to easily clean up the sand each day. The location was amazing and the beach was never crowded. The rental was stocked with plenty of towels/beach towels and wash cloths available for use. The beds were comfortable. A few problems, the beach wagon was broken and one of the beach chairs was broken. We have small children and definitely needed a beach wagon, and had we known about this, we could have brought our own. Another thing that was definitely upsetting was, the washer/dryer is outside in a closet in the carport. We pack lightly and plan to use the w/d multiple times a day. It did not keep us from using it, but it was not convenient for our family. I just wish it would have listed that the w/d was not in the unit, in the property details. Definitely a nice, clean place to stay and would recommend!

Superb location!

I have some suggestions, but let me first say I would stay here again. I appreciate that the owners have opened their home for us visitors so we can enjoy the paradise of Siesta Key. The accommodations were nice enough, and the location was ideal: short walk to the village and only 300 yds to the private beach out back. Bonnie the property manager was excellent - friendly, responsive and available. But there were some issues that really need to be improved. I hope the owner sees this and takes these suggestions seriously. Most importantly, we were not allowed to set the AC below 72, and the guest bdrm was around 80 degrees at night as it had little ventilation. A new AC needs to be installed pronto; this is S Florida and guests ought to be allowed to be as cool as they want. We found two live roaches during our stay - need to call pest control. The matresses were very uncomfortable and led to back pain after a while (far too soft). May I suggest something like a firm memory foam instead?

Such a great weeks stay at a perfect place. The place is located perfectly. The beach is right out the back door and tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. Most fun though was just sitting on the patio looking out to the gulf. So relaxing!!!

Great place in a great location

This is a great property right on the beach but still walking distance to everything in the village. Communication with the property's management is excellent. They go above and beyond to work out any issues and make sure your stay is relaxing and wonderful. Our family will definitely be back.

Water problems

We had the inconvenience of two days where we couldn’t shower in morning due to bad water heater. If the owners were there the week before, why didn’t they get it fixed then instead of inconveniencing us. I’ve maker works minimal at best.

Escaping the Cold!

Perfect location with direct access to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach and everything you need for relaxing in the sun. Owner and property manager were responsive and the unit was well equipped. We enjoyed our visit so much we're planning to return!

Location, location , location

The property was as advertised with a great location, never having to worry about getting a parking space for the beach or town. The unit was clean though not well stocked with basics: soap, tissues, TP, trash bags. We cooked everyday and had to buy just basic condiments like salt & pepper. Would have enjoyed the lanai more but it could use more comfortable furniture.

Relaxing and great location!

We enjoyed a week at this property with our two boys, 7 and 12. We loved the short walk out the back door to the beach and the large backyard for playing ball and barbecue. We all slept amazing in the beds, played the puzzles and cards provided and made memories! We were here over Thanksgiving so we caught the Siesta Key parade and even got pictures with the Grinch at the Hub restaurant. It was a short walk into town and perfect amount of exercise after all the great food we enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and location of you plan to visit Siesta Key!

We have loved Siesta Key from the moment we first arrived all those years ago! A perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy family. Our daughter learned to ride a bike on the sands of the beach, and perfected her boogie boarding skills when the Gulf of Mexico has great waves. The calm, crystal clear and warm water is a perfect place to float around and take in the sights and sounds of a perfect day.
We hope you enjoy our little Salt Life Villa that has helped us create many years of memory making for our little family.

This is the only complex on the entire Key that features the quaint, private living that we have to offer. Sitting on the screened in lanai, you feel like you are the only one for miles around.
