Stay here if you would like to be scammed. Immediately upon arrival the house had a horrible scent of urine. There were several stains on the sofa/rug/upholstery. We complained to the host who went back and forth with us, telling us that we were essentially hallucinating the scent and that we were "more sensitive"keep in mind we were all three grown adults smelling the same scent. She then decided to ask us to leave (no home rules were broken and throughout our whole 48 hours we were extremely respectful of the home, even buying cleaning supplies to clean a home we paid almost $400/night for to see if we could get rid of the smell). The property manager came by and told us they would give us at minimum a partial refund. Did that happen? Nope. The host told VRBO we stayed the entire stay and we got scammed out of over $3K, luckily we have proof of the timeline via text messages (highly recommend keeping a paper trail if you decide to stay here) but it has been a nightmare of a situation almost a month later fighting with our banks and VRBO who also admitted to us that the host lied to us about their abilities to refund us. Oh and cherry on top of this series of unfortunate events? Don't expect an 'Ocean View' because the only view you have is of another building. If you squint your eyes hard enough and look out into the distance you maybe, just maybe, might be able to see a tiny silver strand.
