The space
Entire one level home with finished basement.
The backyard features a large yard and covered patio for your enjoyment and grilling desires. Full kitchen with new appliances and cookware. Both areas can serve as dining areas. There is also 1 Gig internet available for use.

The main floor features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath off the living area with plenty of seating and large HDTV. The primary bedroom has a luxurious King bed and second bedroom has a Queen. The bathroom was recently remodeled with custom cabinetry, a stand alone tub and walk-in, tiled shower. The living area has a min-split A/C and the 2 bedrooms have window A/C units.

The bedroom in the basement has 2 twin beds and is next to another bathroom with walk-in shower, both are off of the entertainment room with foosball table.

Guest access:
All areas are available to guests with exception of a few locked storage areas.
Guests will be given a code for the front door prior to arrival.
