Quiet neighborhood with off street parking for 6 cars. Large wrap around deck with private beach on ocean inlet. Central air, modern well appointed, with hardwood flooring throughout. Manicured perennial gardens. Two master bedrooms with first floor master having access to full wrap around deck. Second floor master with balcony deck overlooking the ocean. Special pricing for long term renters.

Great place for vacation on the Cape

Very nice stay. Spacious house with enough room for little children to play inside and out (on the beach), and for family dinners. Perfect neighborhood for walks and bike rides. Great location for exploring Falmouth and beyond.

Cape Cod Family getaway

Beautiful mansion type house with beautiful flower gardens. Nice inlet beach so kids could play and larger beaches a short drive away.Went to Nantucket for a day. Just a beautiful relaxing vacation for the family.

Another Wonderful Stay

Our second time for this rental and it was every bit as lovely as last year. We all thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and property and hope the Owner continues to make it available to us. Falmouth is a great location for all kinds of fun on the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and we took advantage of the pool often. Altogether a fantastic time.

Gorgeous home and views

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and our trip was enjoyed by all. The house was beautiful - very comfortable and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Also enjoyed the many plants and flowers on the property. Easy access to the ferry and nearby towns. Great trip overall!

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful time staying at this house in East Falmouth! It was big enough for our whole family to enjoy! We spent a lot of time on the deck and playing in the sand. The fairy to Martha’s Vineyard was only a 10 minute ride so that was very convenient. The owner, Bob, was great; whenever I sent him a message he responded quickly. I would highly recommend renting this house!

Beautiful Home and Location

We stayed here the week of August 22-29 2023. The house is absolutely beautiful and the property, the landscaping, the backyard private beach, and the proximity to the water were just perfect. The owner responded very promptly when we had questions and was easily reached. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking right from the backyard, fires on the beach at night, the fine furnishings and home decor, and the opportunity to have our large family all together in one amazing place. Neighborhood is quiet. Playground and pool for the kiddies is within walking distance. Just perfect for a fun and relaxing time together.

Hidden gem…

Phenomenal experience. My daughter was getting married at a venue close by so we wanted a house big enough to accommodate us. The home, location and the graciousness of the host made for a perfect stay on Cape Cod. Not only did the bride get ready there but she also had all her pre wedding photos taken on the property, had limos pick us up there and hosted a brunch the next morning. Spectacular!!! Highly recommend. Thank you so much Robert!!

Falmouth stay

Large roomie house very comfortable and well laid out. Gorgeous property with lovely beach. The only downside was the weather Hurricane Ian hit while we are there, bad timing on our part.

Great Family Getaway

We were joined by our adult children to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The house has a great layout and we really enjoyed the huge deck and the sandy beach for bonfires. Neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. Close to beaches and shopping.

AMAZING

Absolutely beautiful property! I stayed here with a few friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was so clean and the neighborhood was gorgeous to walk around. The little sandy beach right outside was really nice to float in. Would defiantly stay here again!

Great view, large clean comfortable house

Upon arriving at the house it was clear that the house would be clean due to the well manicured landscaping. The view of the water was beautiful from multiple rooms in the house. The owner was great to deal with and answered any questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Slice of cape cod heaven!

Our stay was nothing short of remarkable. The home easily accommodated 10+ and was absolutely breathtaking. Not to mention clean, comfortable and had everything you might need during a weekend or week away. The backyard oasis with your own private access to the water was the cherry on top. In addition, our host was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to rent this property!
