Great family house!

We stayed here over a long holiday weekend with family. It’s a beautiful property with lots of space to spread out. Bedrooms are spacious and there are the perfect amount of bathrooms for a crowd. Location is terrific and central to everything. We loved the house and will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Desert Denizens and Frozen Chosen on Nor’easter Vacay

This beautiful property accommodated everyone in our family in so many ways. Between the playground equipment in one yard and the pond on the other side, there was something for everyone. Our family converged from the Southwest desert and the Midwest and this proved to be the perfect base location. We were all there together, yet not on top of one another. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle board both morning and night. The beach was a walk and or a bicycle ride away and town was so close by, who could ask for more?We definitely recommend this perfect spot!

Huge, beautiful home

Zac was super communicative and all of our expectations were met when we entered their home. Plenty of hangout space and bedrooms for group gatherings, and the yard was perfect for a game of whiffleball

Weekend Getaway

A beautiful home in the perfect location. Everything was amazing from the on property amenities to the easy walk to the beach to the quick drive to Main Street. The house was very clean and well stocked. The check in/out process was smooth. The owner was attentive and easy to touch base with. The kids are already asking when we can book again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

My brother and I were gathering both our families in Falmouth to bury our father. This property was the perfect place to host the 11 adults across the two families. Having two primary suites and two huge living spaces gave us the flexibility to all be together or separate by generation. The owner was flexible and very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time at Zac’s home. It was everything we could have dreamed for and more! I would absolutely come back. Zac was an excellent communicator and gave us a wonderful pdf packet that pretty much answered all of our questions. 5 stars for sure!

The perfect spot for our family reunion

Wonderful home in the perfect location! The property is incredibly spacious! Huge rooms, two large sitting areas inside plus outdoor seating. Plus a large dining table with lots of chairs. Everyone in our group loved using the kayaks, swim dock, and paddleboard. The access to the pond is a little precarious as it’s just a plank placed over rocks, but we loved the pond so much it didn’t deter us. Members of our group paddled across the pond to town to get pastries every morning! The walk to the ocean beach is easy and safe. And the ocean beach is lovely. The kitchen is huge too, which was great because we love to cook. The two dishwashers made keeping up with dishes so much easier for our big group. The laundry room was a great bonus, especially as the house had seven beach towels and with all the swimming, we had to pop those in the dryer regularly. If you’re a water-loving family like we are, pack some beach towels.The bathrooms all have lots of towels and hot water. Shampoo and body wash were in all the bathrooms, too. Plenty of sheets and blankets and pillows. Some bedrooms were more luxurious than others, but every bedroom has its benefits. We hope to return regularly as it is a truly special spot.
