Esta casa frente al mar ubicado en el exclusivo barrio conocido como '' The Cliffs '' ofrece privacidad con impresionantes vistas frente al mar en lo alto de un acantilado con vistas al océano. Con un plan de piso abierto lleno de ventanas con vista al mar, techos altos, chimenea, TV, internet y todo en una calle sin salida. Baje las escaleras hacia su propia playa privada o camine hasta la "playa de los acantilados" solo para residentes. También a poca distancia de Old Silver Beach, una de las mejores playas de Falmouth. Rodeado de tierras de conservación, este barrio ofrece privacidad y aislamiento incluso en el fin de semana más ocupada del verano. Exquisite stay in The Cliffs. Panoramic views of Buzzard’s Bay that went on forever from every room swept calm and beauty through all of our senses. Private steps to the jetty rocks below if you care to cast out a line or kayak. Private seaside community and beach so exclusive and tranquil. Bring some wine and settle in the sand for a stunning pink-orange sunset that sets the sky on fire. Picture pefect. What a glorious trip.

Medea was a great host! The home and location speak for themselves - could ask for a better spot. This is our 15th year in West Falmouth and our favorite house by far!Medea was very prompt with answers to all questions before our trip and while we were there. Can’t wait to go back next year!

We had a wonderful stay here. There was enough room for me, my husband, our two young girls, and my parents. The deck was even larger than pictured and enjoying the sunsets at night with the fire table was terrific. The private association beach is nearby and it is also very close to the public beach. The garage is stocked with chairs, toys, etc.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for my family. We knew the area pretty well, so we were able to visit with friends in the area. Also, visit all of our favorite spots in and around Falmouth. The house is wonderful and it's a perfect location.

Gorgeous View of the Bay

My spouse and I visited Falmouth and stayed here as a home base to explore Cape Cod - it was fantastic - beautiful house and quiet safe neighborhood - very private deck that overlooks bay and Old Silver Beach - great water pressure in the showers and master bedroom has a great window - we loved the place!

Spectacular Sunset

Beautiful house and the view of Buzzards Bay is spectacular. House is well maintained and is well appointed. Small private beach close walk from the house and property conveniently located to all the Falmouth activities. Medea is a great host and responds promptly to any questions/requests.

Great views

The views are amazing. The house is nice but the bathrooms are not in suite. The master bath is a shared bath on the main floor with a small round toilet which is terrible for men. Single sink with no counter space. The laundry rule about cleaning your own sheets, towels and Making up your own beds is pretty petty considering the price. It's also not good for people that need to leave well before 11am. All that said, the view is incredible, the neighborhood is nice and the location is great

Gorgeous, relaxing, and well-appointed!

We stayed here in June this year and it was absolutely beautiful. It's a very quiet area, which we loved and there were a few markets and restaurants not too far that we frequented a few times. (Bucatino's patio, drinks, food, and bartenders were awesome!) The only negative of this rental is for both the check-in and check-out process. For Check-in, sheets are now provided by the owner but you have to make the beds. As a guest, I'd rather not see the old pillows and saggy mattresses. Check-out requires you to launder all sheets and towels and put them back precisely as you found them. This is difficult to accomplish with an inability to load the washing machine too full, washing duvets, comforters, sheets, and towels all by 11am checkout time.A few notes for future renters: -The house seems to be occupied by the owners as most closets are full of personal belongings. Not a problem, but just for awareness.-There are internal cameras in the house. Presumably to ensure the house is secure when no one is there but we still unplugged and laid flat 4 or 5 cameras. The majority are pointing outside aside from the one in the dining room, which pointed into the kitchen. -There is an external door in the basement. I always like to know the egress options for a house I'm staying at.

Great location and gathering space!

We stayed here for the week of my son's wedding, and loved having the beautiful living space and kitchen for family who were dropping in and out between wedding activities. The kitchen was especially nice and well equipped and the outdoor deck was lovely although the weather did not allow us to use it as much as we would have liked. The living room was very pretty and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the listing included a hot tub which turned out to have been a misprint. That would have been nice as it was rather cool the week we stayed. It should also be mentioned in the listing that the 1st floor master does not have an ensuite bathroom, so it was a bit awkward to be walking past the front door to use the bathroom in the morning and evening. I did see it in one of the reviews, but you would have to really read everything to notice it. The master also does not have a window covering on the large window which overlooks the water. It a lovely view to wake up to, but only if you don't mind waking up as soon as it is light out. Our host, Medea, offered to send us eye masks, but we managed by hanging a sheet over the window. Overall she was very responsive to texts and emails both in advance and during our stay, and was helpful when we had extra recycling that was not picked up. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and just minutes from everything in Falmouth, so a great location.

Fabulous house and setting

The house was immaculate, the furnishings "beachy". The outdoor deck is so perfect; you feel as though you are on a ship's deck overlooking the water. The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen was great, very well appointed. We used the beach chairs that were in the garage for beach days. The town of Falmouth is fairly close by and is simply adorable. The only concern I had, was the fact that guests are to wash the bed linens before departure. Since we had a long 8 hour drive and we hoped to leave early in the morning, I asked the owner if we could leave the dirty linens as is since it would take a while to wash and dry them. The owner was fine with that so we were able to leave early. I would certainly stay here again!

Perfect ocean views and great private beach in a nice beach rental

Most importantly, the listing photos and descriptions are accurate! The place was in good shape and as described which is not always the case with rentals. There were lots of value added amenities not listed including cell phone chargers, blue tooth speaker, great internet, and lots of things not usually provided at VBRO's. You could spend the entire vacation on the deck which overlooks the ocean. Plenty of space with comfortable chairs, a grill, and the best sunsets I have seen. A three block walk takes you to a sandy private beach. All of the chairs and umbrellas are in the garage so all you need is sunscreen. What you need to know is that this is a perfect location is you want to relax and stay put. It is located in a private residential community that is somewhat apart from downtown Falmouth which is about a 15" drive away. Very quiet and felt very safe. Neighbors were friendly. Iif you want to walk to the nightlife, this is a little too remote. If you want the best ocean view deck imaginable, this is a great choice. We look forward to going back

Great Fall getaway

Fantastic home!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. It has some very special features not found in other properties. The best part was spending time on the gorgeous deck overlooking Buzzards Bay. The spacious deck is beautiful and relaxing all throughout the day but especially stunning at sunset— amazing views of the sunset! The house is comfortable for a family of four, with 3 good sized bedrooms, very nice living room with high ceilings, and a spacious, updated, well equipped kitchen with huge center island. There is AC on first floor; upstairs bedrooms have no AC but you can open windows to get the ocean breeze or bring a fan. The outdoor shower is so special — it has a gorgeous view of the ocean! Quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. Very nice (uncrowded) association beach nearby, less than 10 min. walk or short drive, parking pass is included. Overall, we loved our stay at this home! Highly recommended!

Worth every penny

The property is gorgeous and just as advertised. My family of 4 loved staying here and watching sunsets over Buzzards Bay, swimming at the association beach and enjoying the town of Falmouth. Comfortable, well-appointed and conveniently located, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a Cape Cod vacation. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

In a word...perfection!

This home is wonderfully located in a private, quiet residential community and features the most splendid view of Buzzard's Bay. The home's deck is the highlight, which spans the entire back of the house and allows for sweeping views of the ocean and magnificent sunsets. There's always a place to find sun or shade on the deck and to relax on the comfortable deck furniture. The home is clean, updated and well-maintained by the owner. Amenities including A/C, WiFi, cable, laundry, new kitchen/appliances, plenty of lighting and comfortable seating were much appreciated. The outdoor shower overlooks the ocean and is divine! The owner was 100% truthful regarding every aspect of this rental and she was extremely responsive throughout (not that I needed anything during the stay). I look forward to many future returns!

My home has undergone many renovations since I purchased it. Currently it is in the best condition it has ever been! With a new kitchen only a year old and a renovated deck it offers everything anyone would want. Set on a bluff with stairs down to the beach in a private neighborhood all within minutes to restaurants, bike path, and ferries makes it the perfect option!

Having grown up in this neighborhood I always loved spending my summers in the neighborhood known as the cliffs. As an adult, a house became available on the water and I had to jump on it!
