You'll have private access to the first floor of this recently renovated showstopper with nearly all new furnishings, a back porch, and relaxing private yard. Take a peaceful stroll at night to the riverfront in historic downtown. Quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to restaurants, bars, nightlife, museums, and historic walking tours. -great location, walk to downtown -near a Jester's breakfast (delicious) -back deck

Great place!

Super convenient to downtown. We were there for a USMC retirement ceremony. We parked and Uber'd everywhere we went. Enjoyed our stay at the N'awlin's house, tremendously. You couldn't beat the price and all the amenities! touch! We'll be back!

Intro to Wilmington

This property was great. It was my first visit to Wilmington, NC and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the N'awlins house. The place had everything and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were super nice and communication was always helpful. They had a book in the place with recommendations for restaurants both neighborhood (2 min walking) and area. As well as things to do. I travel a good bit for work and have VRBO'd for vacation quite a bit, but I have never seen a more comprehensive and useful Things-to-do, places to dine type book -- ANYWHERE! The recommendations were excellent. Walked to dinner on the first night after a long drive and the food was excellent. Then, walked to coffee shop the next morning and the local shop was bustling with friendly locals and the coffee was great! This information was so helpful I took photos to store in my newly created Wilmington folder. I'll be returning and will definitely look up Wilmingtonvacationhomes listings. Curt and Ada were fantastic hosts and really provided the best introduction to Wilmington that I could ask for. Thank you -- I'll be back soon!!!

Christmas week

Had a wonderful stay at The N'awlins! House during Christmas week! House was fully equipped with snacks and coffee. Management even offered to replace the linen since we were there for an extended period. We love the layout, and the location was perfect for visiting family. Electronic entry was easy. We would recommend The N'awlins! House for any single or couple staying in Wilmington.

Perfect Stay Perfect Location

We loved everything from the decor to the cleanliness. I appreciated all the little touches from the makeup remover wipes, to the snack bowl. We will definitely come back again!

Vacation rental

Me and my hubby loves the place. It was clean appropriately decorated and feels very homey. We also found e place easily accessible and safe. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks VRBO for helping us find such an amazing place.

Nice Stay

Overall it was a good stay. There is a bit of street traffic noise based on where it was located. The place had a really cool vibe. There is a step to the bathroom that should be marked. The first couple times I went in the bathroom I tripped not being used to it. I also got locked out of the unit prior to checkout and was lucky someone was outside to let me back in. For the cost though, it is a great deal. Super clean, and the property was great at communicating.

Awesome! Needs all the stars

Everything about this place was above and beyond what I expected. I wish I could have just stayed forever. Huge shout out to Ray for going well out of his way to help. The New Orleans theme is so nice. There were snacks and coffee. All of the amenities were top-notch and I love the smell of the little lotions.

Comfy stay walkable distance to amenities

I appreciated the back garden and porch with rocking chair! That was a lovely addition to a sunny spot. The interior is nicely decorated with a New Orleans theme - I loved the faux floor-standing lantern in the bedroom, which feels like a boutique hotel. Kitchen, laundry and bathroom well-equipped and very clean. I found the interior of the property limited in natural light, even on sunny April days. Plenty of lights and lamps in the apartment helped, which is why I appreciated the outdoor space so much. Walking to groceries, bars and restaurants is reasonable by foot. Overall a nice place to stay with a responsive management team via messages.

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was spot on. We easily walked to downtown and the riverwalk. Beautiful area. The rental itself was very clean and spacious.
