We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This property was amazing! Location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach! The view of the ocean from the top floor was gorgeous! The owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to questions we had about the property. Lots of extras such as beaches, chairs, wagon, etc.. (all in great condition) provided.

Gil and Valerie are amazing hosts! They make sure you are fully aware of all the amenities in the property and how to work them before heading out to let you enjoy your vacation. The house is gorgeous, and a 5 minute walk from the beach!! My family and I had an amazing time!

Yes, the beach house is second row to the sand and that's the nice thing about it, protected but so close. Come back when it's convenient for your family!

Beautiful, new house in great location right near the beach. We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed the deck with water views each morning. The house was clean and came equipped with everything you need for a great beach day. Highly recommend!

Great spot! Place was pristine and easily accommodated our family of 6. Hosts, Gil and Valerie met us upon check-in and check-out to ensure all of our needs were met. You could tell they were very proud of their property, as they should be!

The property was extremely clean and organized. Each bedroom being an en suite was great. You are steps away from the beach and can enjoy the sunrise and sunset directly from the 4th floor balcony. The outdoor kitchen on the 4th floor was great and having a private garage and outdoor shower made treaveling and beaching very convenient. Gil and Valerie were great hosts and we will be visiting again!

Gil and Val were wonderful hosts for this absolutely stunning property. Steps away from Caddys, which is a resturaunt parked right on a family beach, where they deliver food and drinks out to you while you enjoy the sand, sun and water!The house itself it's clean, updated and breathtaking with EVERY ROOM having its own bathroom. First floor is garages for private parking, the common area on the second floor is perfect for family dinner and relaxing with a movie, third floor is bedrooms and the fourth floor is the outdoor hotub, lounge and grill overlooking the sunset.Johns Pass is a short driving distance away, perfect for family outing and fun. If you're into night life also, Ka Tikis has live music, is walking distance and is open until 2am.I miss this property already, thank you Gil for being such generous and kind hosts!
