Our condo was very nice , the location was great! I felt like it was bare bones though. One soap, one towel per person no coffee or anything. We ended up buying trash bags because we had 2. Also would have been nice to have extra blankets. A few upgrades like that and it would have been perfect! I was a little surprised at how terribly hard the water is also.

Spectacular beach views, what a great location! Clean rental & property. Nice pool on the way to the beach. We had a party of 5 adults & a dog, everyone wants to return.

The condo unit was a nice size and great for our group. The view was great and an easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice to use as well. The condo was a little dirty especially the bathroom was sandy and didn't seem like it had been mopped. The kitchen was equipped but had very minimal silverware. It would have been nice to have a few basics like pot holder, some sort of scrub brush for skillet and something to wipe down counter and stove. There was also a morning that maintenance banged on our door at 8am. Apparently there was some sort of leak and there was water dripping out of one of the bathroom light switches. All we were told was don't use the light switch. No other follow up or instructions but when rain stopped it quit leaking. Last day the elevator quit working so had to haul all luggage down 6 flights. Overall nice size, good location with nice beach could be a cleaner and maybe a few more touches to help in the kitchen.

Family beach get away

The views were amazing. Easy access to the beach and pool(s). The dedicated covered parking was nice. It was close to shops and restaurants. Check out was easy.

Fantastic location

The condo is very spacious - having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms is so hard to find in this area! The balcony and views are just awesome. We had a few requests about the cleaning when we checked in and these were immediately resolved - Mandy did a great job in following up. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk the area - from the beautiful beach to fun bars and restaurants.

Perfection!

This was perfect for our family! Very clean. nicely furnished and the view at sunset was spectacular! We enjoyed the pool, beach, and the large deck with plenty of seating! We would return with no hesitation!!!

Fantastic, Perfect Spot for the Family

Property was as advertised. These condo units are on both sides of the road, Gulf and Inland waterway. There are pools at both (morning sun on the inland side and afternoon sun on the Gulf). Condo was everything we could have asked for, we had 6 people and it worked out great.

Work and pleasure combo

Stayed here with a few work colleagues and worked remotely and also had fun! Water is beautiful, wonderful view. Mandy was responsive and all went smoothly.

Spectacular beach view

This is a wonderful unit - right on the gulf. The views from the outdoor balcony were wonderful and the unit is just a moment from the beach. Wonderous white sand and gentle water. Unit was perfect for us - 3 bed/3 bath. We are so happy that we selected this option for our trip.

Spring time get away

My two friends and I had a really nice time here. The balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets. It was a quick walk to the beach and super easy to get a chair/umbrella set up for us. The fact that this place was also dog friendly was a plus for my 6 pound little dog. Only 1 or 2 restaurants were close enough to walk to, but the rests were a quick drive. If you plan to cook you may need to keep it simple as there were only the basics. We planned to go out so not an issue for us. We would totally stay here again.

Spectacular firework show!

We absolutely loved this rental. The location was PERFECT and just a short drive to the harbor and restaurant hot spots! The beach is pristine, we found some good shells and very well maintained. Communication between us and the rental company was incredible. They were right there to answer any questions that we had!Staying on the 6th floor was great too, as we had the option to take the stairs and not wait for an elevator but the elevator was always available. We had our first 4th of July celebration on the beach. The firework show was our first on the beach but not our last. It was right outside our condo and it was the perfect time view from the balcony and the beach..one of the best shows. We will definitely be back! My family had the best time!
