Quick Family Getaway

Family of 5 adults, great home very clean, modern and roomy. Centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do in San Diego from the Pacific beach area to downtown to the zoo. Would stay there again.

Amazing views

Perfect place to stay if you want a beach vacation. The place was very clean and the perfect size for our family. It is close to everything. Will definitely be back. Loved it!!

Weekend family getaway

Great weekend with the kids. Can’t get any closer to the beach. Condo had everything you could think of for a fun time on the beach for all ages. Will definitely be back.

Pre Spring Break get away

this condo is in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the access to the beach and heated pool and parking was not a problem at all. The Condo its self was well appointed and more than adequate for our family. Very nice setting and amenities.

Penthouse Beach Vacay

Our family enjoyed the low key location and plenty of great dinner options in close proximity. Unit was updated, clean and had plants of towels!! Private balcony was perfect for looking out and even seeing dolphins and manatees swim by.

Gulf Penthouse

The property was as advertised. It was clean and the property manager was easy to work with. Beautiful views of the gulf and close walk down the beach to restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great location, condo and stay!!!

Condo was just as pictured, clean and well equipped! Check-in and check-out was very easy. Good communication from owner. Plenty of beach accessories, towels, kitchen well equipped and quiet beach for Spring Break week. Pool was nice and also utilized charcoal grills by beach. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice vacation

Property was nice, right on the beach. Very just for July 4th holiday but to be expected. Property was fully updated, all amenities, had all the beach necessities. W/D available but not in the unit. Enjoyed it!

Absolutely perfect stay

We recently spent a week at this wonderful property. The view is out of this world. The private balcony off the master was the PERFECT place for a cup of coffee or to watch the sunset. The property is in a lovely complex that was clean and organized. Parking was really easy. The hosts were really responsive. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The colors and design was very beachy themed which made for such a great relaxing feel. Overall, this place was exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to booking our next trip here.

Perfect weekend

Check in was seamless. The condo had everything you would need to relax on the beach or float in the water. We like to grill so we took advantage of one of the grills, all the utensils were available. Entertainment was walking distance away. You could not ask for anything more. Thank you for let us share your water front dream.

Great weather broken stuff

Dishwasher was broke all week. Boxsoring was broke in queen bedroom. We actually found it day 4 after one of our group couldnt ssleep any longer. Toilet seat broke in upstairs bathroom. Th ere didnt seem to be a check out inventory for prior guests. Beach and wearher was good. Groceries in that area very expensive. 7 tenths of a mike walk to use trolly. We were told it was right in front of our building. One washer and dryer for the floor was not enough.

Great time!

The property was very nice and we had a great time. The view from both the shared balcony at the front door and the private balcony off the master bedroom were beautiful. Beach is right there!

This is an awesome place to stay.

This is just steps from the beach. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony. Easy walk to Caddy’s and KaTiki. Kristen was great to work with. She responds quickly. Our internet was out for a few hours one day. She kept us updated on when it was restored. It is fully stocked with everything you need. We had a fabulous time.

Amazing view

The. View was absolutely amazing. Very clean. Easy to access. And right ON THE BEACH!!! Condo was clean. We had a family of 6. Did not bring any extra towels. We were one beach towel short. And bath towels enough for one person. For the whole week. Kitchen said it was fully stocked. We cook when we bring the kids we go out to eat maybe twice for a nice dinner. The kitchen needs baking pans and crock pot. Not enough silverware. We had to keep doing dishes. Especially if you have a family of 6 coming. We did not mention this to the owners. I’m sure if we had they would have accommodated us. We just bought what we needed. Minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our rental. Great place. The owner was extremely responsive to all inquiries. There were beach chairs, toys and a caddy which was super convenient.

Family vacation

We have been staying at the Sunset Chateau for several years now and this has been the best unit so far. The unit was very clean and had a lot of extra stuff available to use. There was plenty of room, we had six adults and one teenager. We had other family staying in other units and when everyone came together it wasn’t crowded. We come to Treasure Island for the peaceful atmosphere and will definitely be renting this unit again.
