Clean and cozy

The house was in a quiet secluded neighborhood. It was very comfy and clean. There were a few minor repairs that need to be addressed (blinds in kitchen, tile in downstairs bathroom, closet rod and mattress need replaced in downstairs bedroom - all minor things that can be easily addressed to make this home perfect!). Thank you for a great location for us to stay to attend a family wedding near by!

Clean & Comfy House

Michael communicated very well throughout our stay making sure everything was well. The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. I enjoyed the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay!

Loved our stay. Very pretty place, and very clean, with lots of extra amenities. Host super helpful. We were missing enough silverware and he Amazoned a set to us the next day. Couldn’t figure out dishwasher (we’re technically challenged), he answered within minutes & explained it to us. Will stay here again when we are in area. GS

Great stay.

Would definitely stay here again. Super clean. House had lots of amenities: fluffy towels, extra outlets near beds for plugging in all the electronics, convenient kitchen with all the pots and pans you need. Everything worked. Host very responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to operate the dishwasher (I hadn’t noticed the switch on the wall, duh). 5 stars!

Overall the stay was good. The Ac didn’t very cold. The two rooms up stairs do not have TVs. I feel like the cleaners can do a better job in the bathrooms. The downstairs shower curtain wasn’t very clean the shower head either. The sink had old razor cap underneath it. The beds was comfy the first shower was hot but everyone after had cold showers. The owner was great before we arrived we asked for early and late check in and out and they allowed us. Very quiet area.

Worst vrbo I've ever stayed at

This place was filthy when we got there. There was food and crumbs all over the kitchen. There was blood on the bed sheets in the downstairs bedroom. There was ants in the upstairs bathroom. There was layers of dust about an inch thick in the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The grey daybed in the second upstairs bedroom has the whole bottom of it broken out wood blanks all over the floor and it's being held up by a pile of 4x4s. The floors had not been moped or swept. When i told the host about it he said he had no idea that any of that was wrong and only refunded for our problems at his place. Then over a week after being back home he then goes to accuse us of breaking a tv we never used cause we were never at the house and went and charged money for a tv he is claiming we broke but never showed any proof or contacted vrbo about it either which i am now having to fight cause we never touched the tv we were never at the house we were out and about the whole time we only were there to sleep. This has been the absolute worst experience ever nd i would hope they never let this man list a house again. I also have photos of proof of everything i am talking about he's lucky i can't submit them to this review.

Brittany, I again apologize for the counters not wiped clean and dust on a ceiling fan. The cleaning crew was written up, and wiping down fans is now a part of their process. The day bed was damaged by a group before yours, unreported at the time, and now have been replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, these kinds of things can and do surface in the worst time possible. Thank you for reporting it. We've made improvements, and the place is now better than before. I had addressed this with the cleaning crew and also refunded you for the inconvenience.

Excellent Property

The property is exactly as pictured. There are small things that need updating but other than that, we were pleased and we’d definitely stay again. I gave it a 4 overall rating because whoever cleans it isn’t really cleaning the tile floor properly. The baseboards need proper cleaning but then again, my husband and I are clean freaks.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly as pictured. It was spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated the amenities offered at the house. The owner was super responsive to messages too, which I also appreciated.
