This home was exactly as described. It was conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the open concept and watching movies in the spacious living room. The two additional bedrooms were separated from the main suite which was a plus for our family. Our host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out very convenient. We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us this way.

Our family was in town for our son’s ball tournament. This location was great. The house was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend this home & would stay again if ever back in the area.

This home is cozy, nicely decorated, and very clean! The neighborhood is nice with friendly neighbors. Being able to utilize the garage was a bonus and added extra safety for me. I have already saved this home as a favorite and will be booking it (if available) for my next trip to the area!

Property was wonderful and would definitely stay here again. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the garage to park our rental car in was nice also. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Close to IAH airport and not to far from downtown. Owners communicated well and accomodated a special request that we had.

Wonderful home!

This home was very clean and has everything you need as if it were your home. The property was well taken care of and the hosts were easy. They communicated ahead of time, so I wasn’t worrying about Checking in or out instructions. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this home!

Excellent stay.

The owners are super nice and very communicative. The house itself is so clean and stocked with everything you need. The location is fantastic. Very nice neighborhood and I was able to go for a nice run in the mornings. Absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Nice, convenient, roomy

Communication was excellent. I asked for extra towels/wash rags and received them. Asked for early check in and they were able to accommodate. I do wish there were extra blankets in each room. The location was very convenient to all of our Spring wedding activities. Definitely would stay there again

Everything about this property was 5 star…Very clean, fully stocked, safe neighborhood, spacious, and the property managers were very responsive. There was an issue with the garage not closing and the manager had a technician on sight within the hour and fixed shortly after. I would for sure stay at this property the next time I’m in town.

A lovely home away from home

A great home with granite counters, all the pots & pans needed, good cutlery, hostess pieces & kitchen tools and knives, with great hot water pot, dishes and more. We watched old movies on the huge den tv screen, and cooked like we were at home. HUGE master closet. Good location halfway between both our daughters' houses and easy access to the highways we traveled to the Texas Medical Center, and to see friends off 290 and also in Southwest Houston. And very good, substantial furniture -- great for my bad back. We let Hailey know about some changes to our plans, with additional family coming, and she accommodated us with courtesy -- she even made welcome suggestions. We will definitely book this fabulous VRBO property again, if possible.

Photos and description accurate

This place is beautiful but there were a few minor issues. I did not bother the owner with them, as our stay was just two nights, and we managed. The biggest issue was the bedroom nearest to the laundry; that bed squeaks BADLY. I cannot imagine sleeping there with another person. Every movement caused loud squeaks. The bedside lamp in the same room did not work properly. I ended up moving a hallway nightlight in there, so that i could see well enough to get to bed after closing the door. The only other problem was a lack of hand towels. There were wash cloths and bath towels, but the only hand towel was in the kitchen (and just one of those was provided). Overall, the place looked just as the photos depicted, and it was clean and comfortable. It was actually larger than I anticipated. We enjoyed our brief stay.

Adequate, but not impressed

We've lived in the Houston and Spring, TX area before, so was not impressed with the location of this home. Owner apologized when we informed them that there were only 6 bath towels and 5 wash cloths for a 2 night stay for the four of us, but they felt this was sufficient. I personally do not reuse towels or wash cloths. There should have been a bath towel and wash cloth for each of us for the 2 night stay. They do request that the AC not be lowered below 70 degrees which worked fine for us since our stay was late April but I would be concerned in the hotter months. There were 4-5 fragrance plug ins throughout the house and myself being fragrance sensitive this was hard and also hard to sleep with the bed linens having been washed in a fragranced detergent. For guests that have severe allergies this is something I would take into consideration. Overall I would not rent again.

Convenient and Clean

Property was conveniently located for all we were in town to do. Property worked well for our family of 5. We enjoyed the big TV in the living area with seating for all. Having garage parking was convenient. All necessary items were provided and in good condition. Check-in was easy. Owner was easy to work with. Overall, the property worked well for our stay to visit family.
