OWNER MANAGED and NO RESORT FEES!
Directly on the white sandy beach!
This is a separate and private lock-off beachfront facing Master Suite with a private balcony and very spacious private bathroom. Recently updated with apartment size fridge, cabinet with countertop, balcony bar table

This unit is great for a "Couple's Beach Getaway" or someone wanting to relax in a luxurious suite that offers serenity with its amazing Gulf views. The private balcony overlooks the M.B. Miller Pier and offers unobstructed views of the coastline to the West!

Our "Pier Serenity Studio", features a king size bed, flat screen TV with Direct TV cable, Roku streaming and free WiFi on the resort property and while out on the beach. There is an apartment size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, ice maker, stovetop portable burner and within the studio. Also, two folding beach chairs, umbrella, two beach/pool towels, cooler, to use on the beach during your stay.

Enjoy your day on the "widest area" of Beachfront in Panama City Beach! Private beach access and showers. If you choose, you can lounge around the bi-level pools that overlook the beach and pier.

Beach service chair rentals and watersport activity rentals are available with parasailing, jet ski's, and banana boat rides.

Fishing is permitted off the pier located next to the resort. The pier is also a great place to catch spectacular sunsets or enjoy the sunsets over the Gulf directly from your private balcony.

I personally manage and provide very prompt attention to every detail and strive to ensure you and your guests feel they receive everything a beach vacation should be and help you start making some wonderful, beach memories to last a lifetime!

Room was nice and clean. Balcony is overlooking the beach and the Pier. The Pier is walking distance. Food/shopping all within 10 minutes and lots to choose from. Dawn was very good at answering all of our questions. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean. The space was perfect for 2! The balcony was just right for the two of us and it overlooked the beach. Bertha rolled in and we were still able to sit on the balcony because the building blocked the storm for us. The host was great. She checked in with us throughout our stay.

The host was available on site and very responsive! They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible! Great view! The beach was not too crowded, jet ski rentals, beach service, banana boat rentals on site, it was perfect. No amenities at the property other than vending machines that worked occasionally, but the staff were all very friendly! There are convenience stores, restaurants, and shops within close walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back in the future if for nothing else the amazing accommodation by our super friendly hosts! Best honeymoon we could have asked for

Wonderful rental experience!

Everything about renting this condo was a great experience! You can tell that Dawn takes good care of her condo! The condo was clean and very well equipped! There was coffee provided along with the coffee maker which was clean! There was extra toilet paper provided. The toilet paper was not the cheap kind which is a plus in my book lol. I would definitely book again!

The host was great … the only thing I would suggest for the room is maybe a chair instead of the 2 bar stools . It’s perfect suite for a couple and being right on the beach .

The perfect vacation ❤️

This was a perfect vacation! The studio is absolutely lovely, comfortable bed, beautiful view. The location is great. An amazing beach area that is not overun by tourists because of the location. Walking distance to several eateries, and water park. The studio has everything you need, frig, hot plate, sound machine, tv, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc. I had brought my own beach stuff, but you could definitely just come with only a swimsuit and still be beach ready with everything provided! A quick drive to the state park, or down to Margaritaville. The owners of the studio sent great instructions on check in and out. Were available if anything was needed, but nothing was needed because it was completely set up perfectly! The parking garage is a very nice feature, as was the private beach access, private beach bathrooms, pools and beach showers. I am already looking at availability for next year's vacation! I will plan on coming back every year, it is that awesome! No need to look elsewhere when I have found the perfect place! Thank you Dawn and Tom, (the owners) I couldn't have asked for a better vacation!
