Self-contained studio near the ocean with private heated pool

This studio, recently repainted, is an annex of our main house. A beautiful mineral garden surrounds the swimming pool. At your disposal a garden table, a parasol and also a small garden seating area to enjoy the private terrace.

The accommodation

Our residence is located in a residential area; the street is quiet away from the tourist flow of the village even in July and August .
It is:

- Less than 300m from magnificent beaches bordered by wild dunes and 400m from the supervised beach of Les Huttes In 7 minutes on foot a sandy path will lead you to the sea.
- 2.2 kms away the village of St Denis with its daily market, a small supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, a post office, restaurants, and other shops (30 minutes from operation or 10 minutes by bike). Near the village, the marina with its shops, restaurants and a pretty beach lined with colorful cabins. (Entertainment on the port in season).
- Very close to the house there are cycle paths offering you beautiful walks and one of them can take you to the Chassiron Lighthouse. Cycling enthusiasts will be able to criss-cross the island by taking the many cycle paths.

The 30m² accommodation located at the back of our house, non-smoking, is composed of a bright living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen side offers you everything you need to cook and eat: a stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, but also toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee machine, kettle, juicer and dish towels. you also have a dishwasher.

The bathroom includes the toilet and the washing machine; a hairdryer will also be at your disposal.

On the bedroom side, a wardrobe and a 160X200 bed (new bedding). Towels and sheets are not provided so remember to bring them; Sheets: Double bed 160x200 and sofa bed 140x200.
We can provide you with sheets: 40€ for the full set of sheets and towels per bed (To be specified at the time of booking)

The studio is equipped with a fibre WIFI connection.

In the middle of summer, the house is very cool.

If you use the heating, you will be asked to supplement the EDF rate in force

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Possibility to have the cleaning done after your departure, to be specified on arrival. The cleaning fee is €70.
A cleaning deposit of €70 (not cashed) is required on arrival and returned on departure if the house is returned as clean as you found it when you arrived.

We provide basic cleaning products for maintenance during your stay. Dish towels, hand towels, bath mats are at your disposal.

The pool is heated from May to September (about 29 degrees depending on the weather) by a very efficient polycarbonate safety roller shutter. A flat rate of €10 per person for the entire stay will be required for pool towels.
