The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Your experience starts from the minute you arrive and take in the charming exterior of your temporary home. The large front porch is a great spot where you can bask in the Texas weather from the cozy rocking chairs. The beautiful and spacious foyer welcomes you inside to take a look around the nicely remodeled space. The gorgeous hardwood floors carry through the space which has great flow throughout. Accented by the impeccable interior design, you will feel both indulged and relaxed.



You can gather in the cozy living room in your downtime, perfect for relaxing, watching TV, and chatting. Furnished with stunning modern décor and furniture, the space also features amazing built-in shelves equipped with stand-out décor pieces. When you get hungry, head on into your large kitchen where you’ll find everything you need whether you’re having some local takeout or preparing your own fresh meals! You’ll have tons of room to move around in this gorgeous kitchen with built-in stainless steel appliances, lots of cupboard and counter space, and a stunning backsplash. Enjoy your meals in the charming dining area next to the kitchen or at the barstools by the counter.



You’ll be needing your rest at the end of a fun-filled day of activities and you’ll have 3 great bedrooms to choose from. They are all fitted with modern and comfy beds, adorned by lavish linens you’ll be able to sink right into. Everyone will also have their own bathroom as this house comes with 3 full baths. They are all newly remodeled with up-to-date, stylish finishes accented by porcelain tile. Plus, you’ll also have a laundry room so you can pack light if you want!



The lovely yard provides one more great spot this home offers on top of everything else. Have a seat on the deck and enjoy the beautiful weather. There is tons of green space surrounded by many trees that provide plenty of shade and a nice breeze.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Bishop Arts neighborhood of Oak Cliff, Dallas, your vacation home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. You’ll be 23 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 8 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. The shops and restaurants of Bishop Arts are an 8 minute walk of three short blocks. The popular Dallas streetcar stops just one block away. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!



If you’re looking to spend some time in nature, there’s no shortage of parks, rivers, and lakes nearby. Tramwell Crow Park is only 9 minutes away and is just one of the many attractions of the Trinity River Corridor. The park includes soccer fields, cow sculptures, Crow Lake, walking/jogging/biking trails, and amazing views of the downtown Dallas skyline. The Trinity Skyline Trail is also found here and is a 4.6-mile hard surface trail that brings you close to the Trinity River and features spectacular views.



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
