Overall was a great home, just need to have an overlook while cleaning services are there. It seems they have gotten complacent in their services. We noticed a lot of the children toys and living room coffee table books were all sticky. Upstairs corners were dirty, bathroom shower had a urine smell and also a small piece of toilet paper next to the door. Walls in the bathroom had some splatter on it of some sort, only reason I saw was while sitting on the toilet. I also noticed one lawn chair in the backyard was missing a screw. Kitchen pans were very dirty and not cleaned properly, may have been missed. We did use the grill and it worked great.

Dallas stay

Stayed at the Madison for a week. House was exactly has pictured. Clean and very spacious. Beds are super comfortable. If traveling with infants, there is a changing pad, high chair and pack n play. Only downside is the house is near a busy intersection. The neighborhood isn't ideal, but it is close to downtown, uptown, and medical district where we needed to be. I would recommend staying here.

Property as decribed - great place to stay

House was very clean and big enough for our party of 8. The location was great for us to get to/from the convention center within 20 minutes during the week. The only thing we wished was different was the couch in the living room (only fits 4) so the rest of our party was on the floor or kitchen table chairs to watch movies. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would stay there again.

Newer contemporary home

We were impressed with the cleanliness and roominess of the home. We had five adults in the home and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was well equipped. The only thing less than ideal was the location. It is not in an area that lends itself to walkability. However, overall the home more than met expectations.

Neighborhood is a little scary, felt safe in the house but was a little worried about the vehicles. Everything turned out great.

Great stay near downtown Dallas

Just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas, this is a great place for a family or large group. Comfortably sleeps 8 with accommodations for more. Great communication leading up to & during our stay. Would book again!

Beautiful home!

The house is really nice. The owners communicate well. I did have to order spray oil for cooking which is usually a staple in the house. I didn’t contact them about it since I was already ordering Instacart.

All In One Home away from home

The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured online. It was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 9 and had all the basic amenities plus some extras! It made for a comfortable weekend for us and was close to downtown and other shopping.

The owner manger absolutely went out of their way to accommodate us. I had a slight injury Offside the day we arrived and without asking, they brought medical supplies. In addition, the Internet did go down. The issue was AT&T Nothing that the property manager owner could do anything about. They gave me a slight refund, which was not necessary. The property was extremely clean and within eight minutes of downtown where my meetings were.

Great spot close to downtown!

The property is a fairly new build. Plenty of room and close to downtown Dallas. The only downside would be that its near a busy intersection and theres a bus stop in front. I would definitely stay here again.

Just what was needed

We (adult brother and sister, brother's wife and three boys aged 14, 11, and 6) were in town for a family wedding. The venues (there were multiple events) were all within 10 minutes of the house which made the location of the house perfect for our needs. The home was perfect as a home base, especially since not all of us were “on call” for all events. We were able to cook meals for the little ones, give them space to play in the back yard, and the board games were absolutely perfect for those necessary down times. The checkout was reasonable. There was some confusion on which garbage pail was ours since there were a pair right outside the house and another pair inside the garage. Also, we couldn’t get all the dishes into the machine, but those in the sink were clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and thank our hosts for their prompt responses to questions.
