About A Gift from the Sea

Morgantown is a family friendly neighborhood and the location of A Gift from the Sea. This unique seaside community is a guest favorite and many return year after year!
A Gift from the Sea is just steps from 1 of the 4 beach access boardwalks in the community. This cheerful yellow house has ample parking in the driveway and also some covered parking space under the home. Guests will enjoy the 2 covered decks and the back porch for outdoor dining.

Inside this 2 story home is an open concept floor plan that families will love! The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating and a large LCD TV for movie nights. The dining area has 1 extra long table that seats 10 comfortably and another table for 6. The updated kitchen has everything needed to prepare fabulous meals and more seating can be found at the bar. The convenient half bath is found on the first floor as well as 2 of the bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a TV,  bedroom #3 has a full size and a twin bed plus a TV. Both of these first floor bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.

Upstairs on the second floor guests will find 2 more bedrooms plus a bonus bunkroom. The master bedroom is found at the top of the stairs to the right, there is a king bed, TV and a private bathroom. To the left you will find the bunkroom that sleeps 4 in twin size bunk beds, perfect for the kiddos. Guests will walk through the bunkroom to get to bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and access to the top balcony.

About Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely residential community located in Fort Morgan. Guests staying in Morgantown will have access to two community swimming pools, four tennis courts, and three boardwalks that provide direct access to the beach.

Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
