El dormitorio principal en el tercer piso tiene vistas espectaculares. Desea estar más arriba ya que las dunas de arena han crecido y es difícil ver el océano desde el primer piso. Literalmente a solo unos 200 pasos de la hermosa playa de San Agustín. ES SU ELECCIÓN: DESCANSAR Y RELAJARSE O SER ACTIVO Y AVENTURERO.
Mire un pintoresco amanecer con su café y las noticias diarias desde sus cubiertas privadas que miran directamente al océano. Por la noche, puede ver una colorida puesta de sol desde el balcón con vista a la laguna. Tomar el sol, caminar (millas de playa), andar en bicicleta o simplemente disfrutar del océano y el horizonte, descansar y leer son todas las opciones que enfrenta. Estacione su automóvil en su propio camino privado. Hay una piscina con una nueva bañera de hidromasaje, canchas de tenis y centro comunitario, todos accesibles aquí en Sea Winds. Beautiful ocean front condo. Perfectly appointed with great thought given to what a family may need for their stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrella!

We loved being able to see the gorgeous sunrises every morning from the main bedroom. It was a beautiful place and had everything we needed in the home. Definitely will recommend to our friends. The little water areas on the property had little fish and a big turtle so even that was fun. Thank you!

Certainly enjoyed sipping wine on the upper level balcony and watching the ocean waves break. All the amenities of this property were made to order and were exactly as listed in the property description. will certainly return in the future.

Beautiful townhouse!! Excellent location with gorgeous views of the ocean. A very private and quiet complex. The home is stocked with everything you need during your stay. The bikes and beach supplies were much appreciated. We enjoyed a wonderful week watching the sun rise, walking the beach, touring downtown, bowling, putt putt golf and delicious dinners out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I’m sure you will too!

My family and I had a wonderful stay on this property! Easy beach access and a wonderful selection of different beach toys, chairs, bikes, and umbrellas in the garage. Multiple beachfront balconies give you plenty of opportunity for the best beach sunrise picture! Perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The kitchen was fully equipped with ceramic and stainless steel cookware which is an instant win for us as we often bring our own cookware to avoid teflon pans. The access to the beach was right outside the house, with a wash for your feet and beach equipment right at the end of the walkway; the beach supplies were plentiful. The views were spectacular, we enjoyed sunrise on both 2nd and 3rd floor porches every morning. I hope to return for another serene beach stay!

This was a wonderful place! Location was perfect, it was clean with plenty of space for the 5 of us. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels (not sure they’re always available). The kitchen had more then everything we needed. The balconies were great- especially the top floor with unobstructed ocean views. Close to restaurants, a quick drive to downtown shops in St. Augustine. Would definitely stay again! Many thanks to the host!

Nice Family Getaway

We will be back. There was a little confusion with the check in process the owner gave us vs property management but it was minor. The place is super cool and really had everything you’d need (beach stuff including tons of toys for our little boys) as well as kitchen cookware. A week at the beach

This property was fantastic! The views were amazing it is well equipped and the host are some of the best we've had. We ran into a couple of issues that were totally our fault and the hosts were very fast to respond and always gracious with us. The walk to the beach couldn't be easier. The boardwalk is literally right out the door. We will definitely be back.

Great vacation stay

Loved staying at this property. We enjoyed using the bikes that were available as part of our stay and having three balconies to choose from for different views was awesome. Would definitely recommend as long as everyone in your party can handle stairs.

Excellent experience

Very clean, great pool for the kids, conveniently located by the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Rental has everything needed for an enjoyable stay, with plenty of room and fantastic view of the beach!

The third floor balcony lived up to the hype! The home was large and very well laid out. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We had a great time.

Location excellent for beach, historic Augustine, short drives. The beach access was protected clean and a short walk to magnificent beach. Pool was large, clean and beautiful but hot tub blower was not working. Views and balconies were amazing with great furniture. All beds and bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms did not have typical shampoo and soap dispensers but more than adequate Towel supply. Kitchen coffee makers and supplies great. The management team did not answer phone and I left message for call back and never received. Called back myself later in the day and got answer. Comfortable living room with view out the balcony.

Fabulous Beach Vacation

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was spacious and had all the needed amenities. The host was responsive to our requests and very helpful. The location and access to the beach was so convenient. We drank in the views when we weren’t at the beach. We stayed here with a family of five adults and teens. Would stay again!
