Lake, views and amenities galore!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home while enjoying the gorgeous lake views nestled away in a quiet no wake cove. Just steps off your lake level patio you can enjoy direct access to the lake, beach, fishing dock and boat launch. The 2 bedroom 2 bath home was recently renovated and comes fully furnished. Amenity fee is INCLUDED in your nightly rate and provides access to 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, golf course (fee), gym and more! We offer a Fun in the Sun package, details below!

THE SPACE
The recently renovated home comes fully furnished with all the extras! The coffee bar setup includes a regular coffee pot and a Keurig to wake up to and boasts as a wine/cocktail bar for your evening enjoyment with a Ninja blender. Comcast Xfinity password protected WiFi and tv along with Roku remotes for all TVs to unwind at night. The lake level unit provides the option of outdoor dining on the patio or relaxing in the screened in porch.

You are just miles away from the State Park which has wonderful walking trails. Mariners Landing has kayaks, jet ski, and boat rentals at a very reasonable rate.

GUEST ACCESS
Your property fee (see below) provides you access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities - two outdoor pools and hot tub, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, playgrounds, two beaches, fitness center, game room, walking trails, and of course the lake! The golf course is an extra cost but is located within the community. Hole 7 is in sight from our condo. Boat, jet ski, paddle boards and short-term boat slip rentals on sight for added convenience. Several food options within the community if you choose not to grill out at the condo.

We offer a “fun in the sun” package upgrade that includes access to the following:
-4 beach chairs
-2 inflatable paddle boards (you must bring your own life jackets)
-pool/lake floats
-beach/sand toys
-50 can collapsible cooler
-games
-kids fishing poles

The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a nice view of the lake and two outdoor spaces to enjoy- the patio and screened porch. We also enjoyed the vast area for walking, and the pools and hot tub. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would not hesitate to return. And the host was very responsive when needed.

Great location

Stayed here with two friends for the weekend. The place was very clean, had all of the necessary items in the kitchen, extra blankets, etc. Great location and was nice to use the pool and other amenities. Owner was responsive and friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

Great stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The teenagers enjoyed the gym, pools, arcade and basketball court. Mike and I cooked every day and liked the well-stocked kitchen. We had a few questions that were very promptly answered.

Great hosts

The hosts were very responsive and this is a spacious property. Had a family of four (parents and two kiddos) meeting up with another adult couple and plenty of room for all. Great kitchen for meals we cooked in and Bruno’s at the golf course is delicious

Just what we needed

It was a quick few day trip, but the location was great and just around the corner from where we rented a boat for the day! The (big) kids loved the paddle boards, dock, and boating. The home was very clean and well decorated! 5⭐️

Quick family meet up

My husband and I drove from Northern Michigan to meet up with our son and his wife and 18 month old for the weekend. It was a perfect opportunity to get them out of North Carolina after hurricane Helene and get out and around them. Beautiful!!

Perfect family vacay

The condo is absolutely a delight! The small touches make it feel cozy and at home. Check in and key code were easy and sent well in advance. The hosts are responsive and helpful! Everything you would need or want is provided with the fun in the sun package. Location is prime and the amenities offered perfect for kids! The AC broke on our trip but the hosts were great in helping and getting someone there to fix it. Highly recommend! Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the condo.

Great stay!

We had so much fun spending the weekend at SML in this extremely clean, beautifully renovated condo! So convenient to be able to walk right down to the lake from the patio! We enjoyed having access to the pools, hot tubs, and restaurants of Mariner’s Landing. We rented a wave runner one day from the marina on site, and it was great to be able to park it at the dock right outside the condo when we came inside for lunch! Nice hiking trails at the state park just a few miles away. Venturing off site for dinner, we had great meals at Alessandro’s (Italian) and Bull Docks (steak & seafood). Owners responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommend!

Nice trip

Very cute, comfy, and clean. Nicely decorated with nice tech touches. Porch is really great. Nice location. Super quiet (October visit). Host very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend.

Secluded Cove on SML

We enjoyed our week at Smith Mountain Lake. Mariners Landing location allowed for private relaxation on the beach and swimming and paddle boarding in the calm cove with plenty of opportunities for open water fun on the boat. Wonderful to have access to the pools and fitness facilities. Listing is as pictured and owners were very easy to work with and clearly communicated. They made every effort to enhance our stay.

I'd give 10 stars if I could!

In a nutshell, BOOK this place before someone else snatches it up, then come back and read the reviews :) Cannot rave enough about every single aspect of the experience. This place is in a PRIME location on east shores, with lake, beach & docks just STEPS away from your door! Close to all the Landing amenities (walk across field to gym/indoor/outdoor pools-outdoor pool was closed for season mid-April), restaurants, stores (Food Lion 15mins away) and all the amazingness the Landing has to offer. It's also just a short 20-25min drive to Bridgewater Marina with TONS to do, Booker T. Washington museum, horse riding at Spring Valley Farm (MOST AMAZING FARM!). The hosts are BY FAR the most accessible, pleasant and best communicators I have ever encountered, and we use VRBO for all our trips. We own 2 VRBOs our own in California and I certainly learned a new thing or two from Morgan and Ryan! When we asked about fishing, they generously purchased 4 poles & left at the house for our use. My daughter was in hog heaven when catching 2 bluegills right outside the house! Cannot thank them enough for their trust in us and hospitality while we were there. The space itself... We absolutely loved the outdoor screened in area to lounge and the dining area for eating meals, all while looking out on the amazing lake. The décor in ever corner just enhances your stay, in all the warm and fuzzy ways. The beds and sheets, towels and pretty much everything is high quality stuff. So thoughtful, even bedside iPhone/watch chargers! They really didn't spare any expense with such great taste! To share it with us is so incredibly appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed with all the dishes, utensils, baking sheets and measuring cups, some pantry spices. Recommend grabbing your coffee for AM if coming in late the night before and note building is 2nd one as you turn into the parking lot. The numbers "1175" are at the top ridge of each building, hard to see at night. the Unit itself is on lower level, right of steps. Park right in front of the place, walk down and enjoy! There is a small store just 7mins away (White's Corner Store) for quick needs, they are so kind with a nice deli section and most essential needs, but Food Lion is where you want to go to get stocked for the duration. We made most our meals at the house and just loved being there. I could go on for PAGES... but you get the picture. We hope to come back again and again, if they will have us :)
