Whether you spend your days under the Cali sun lounging on a beach, discovering popular San Diego attractions, or taking the fam to SeaWorld or the famous San Diego Zoo, you'll be elated to return to this comfortable and modern 2-bed, 1-bath apartment each night - relax on the patio with a drink to top off the day!



The Space:

Banker's Hill | Skyline & Bay Views



Let this ideally quaint situated apartment (600 sq ft) be your San Diego home base, offering a prime location and everything your small friend group or family could need. The bathroom is tiny, especially around the toilet (depending on height, may have to sit at an angle). With it being a smaller space this home is PERFECT for guests who are looking to enjoy San DIEGO! We are in Little Italy, the voted on most desirable neighborhood in San Diego! The home is small, but one would book this home based on the LOCATION one block off India St in Little Italy which has the best food scene in San Diego.

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, remodeled interior, 2-person breakfast bar, hardwood floors

KITCHEN: Well-equipped, Keurig coffee maker (K-Cups provided), gas stove, 2-person bistro table, spices, dishware, flatware, toaster oven

GENERAL: Shared patio w/ cushioned seating, table & charcoal grill, free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, keyless entry, private entrance, ceiling fans, trash bags, paper towels, clothes steamer, shared coin-op laundry machines

PARKING: Free street parking on Laurel (steep hill) and neighboring streets.



We do not have central air, but there are a/c window unit in kitchen to use at your disposal.



Guest Access:

The entire first floor apartment plus the shared laundry room and shared backyard!



Check in: 4pm

Check out: 11 am



$50 for early check in (VERY RARE). This is only if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out since our software requires us to allow same day instant bookings.

App operated laundry. Each machine has the logo to download the app. Only American cards are accepted for payment; other cards are not supported. Please do not use any of the supplies in the laundry room or the laundry during the hours on 10am - 4pm. Our cleaner will need full access to these items during turnover hours.



We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.



We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.



We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.



San Diego’s weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!



Potential for noise as we are very near the Airport.





HOUSE RULES

Quiet Hours are 11 pm

Laundry will be off-limits to guests between 10am - 4pm (our cleaner needs to use the machines) $25 fine

Must be 21+ to book

$500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.



$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!



If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.



Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.



We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system



Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

Excellent Stay

The beds were so comfy. The best bed I’ve ever stayed in away from home. The kitchen was well stocked and we weren’t missing anything. The bathroom is a little small but the shower was great! The water pressure and temperature was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in San Diego!

Cozy and convenient

This property suited us perfectly because all we really needed was 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The location couldn't have been more convenient; so close to everything! The only complaint was that the noise from planes landing and taking off was hard to ignore when we were trying to sleep. Also, some hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms to hang towels, jackets, etc., would be very helpful.

Great quailty and safety for excellent price!

Qhen we arrived, the owners had already sent the log-in code, wifi, and various rulea and laws from the cuty of san diego. Parking was ok the street, but we were always able to find a spot. The plaves was spottless, and there were some inculded amenities like towels, cookware, dishes, pillows, blankets, and an iron. The kitchen was perfect for prepping lunches and mlaing breakfast. Our beds were cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is smaller, the tun and shower are quite spacious and the vantity has lots of storage. The only, and i relaly.mean the only downside was the toulet placement and size. Ots a small toitlet, and most of us had to ait sideways and it was fine. Overall, this is a wonderful spot, a few blocks away from boalboa park and the zoo, easy highway access, and right around the corner from the airport. I give it a rating of 9.8/10, we'll definitely be staying here again!

Great location!

The location of the property was AWESOME and the place was clean BUT it was not very cozy. I think a little extra thought in the space would go a long way. It was definitely lacking that extra charm that makes you love a place and recommend a place to others. The bathtub floor was chipped so did not want to give the kiddos a bath, the bathroom slider door would not stay open, there were no hooks for towels, the tv stand was held up by books on one side, the couch pillows looked like they could've used a good washing, the place was a bit smelly like someone left food in the garbage disposal upon arrival, there was said to be K-cups available for the Keurig but there was none, some more kitchen essentials like a cheese grater or colander would be nice, etc On a positive note, there were plenty of pillows which was great!

The home was a bit to small for a family of 5. The owner should consider modifying the restroom. There was absolutely no toilet space for adults or kids. The home was clean and easy to locate.

Simple, easy stay

We had a nice brief stay here and booked this place because of its location and knowing we wanted something simple since we'd be spending most of our time out of the rental. I stayed with my husband and 2 young children. The space was overall clean and well stocked - the outside furniture was not the cleanest but we didn't end up using it. Some unexpected observations: toaster oven in listing was not there and manager informed us the previous tenant broke it and replacement did not arrive in time for our stay; no way to stop the tub for running baths for kids so we had to makeshift a stopper, the space between the toilet and bathtub is very minimal which made using the toilet quite uncomfortable for adults; mildew smell from shower curtain; hill was much steeper than anticipated for parking but still fine; the 1 window unit in the kitchen isn't enough to cool down the bedrooms. Otherwise, the space was clean and comfortable, the kids loved seeing the planes fly by close, checkin and communication was very easy.

Celebrating SDSU Graduation May 2021

Great location, central to everything in San Diego and easily accessible. Only critique's are lack of cable television, "air" is a window unit (so make sure you have favorable weather when you visit) and single bathroom is extremely small.
