My passion is to make you as comfortable as possible while you're exploring vibrant San Diego! Your stay will be in a cozy, quiet neighborhood that offers swift access to popular attractions, nestled in lush jungle foliage and palm trees. Plus glimpses of the city from upstairs!
Located only 10-15 minutes from:
- Downtown
- Gaslamp Quarter
- Little Italy
- The airport
- La Jolla
- Pacific beach
- 5 minutes to Fashion Alley
- 7 minutes to North park, University Heights, Balboa Park, South Park
Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, with a valley view from your balcony!
You'll be able to enter by the front door, and will have complete access to the space
Spacious with good view of the valley in multiple directions, you'll be sure to love the convenience of a central stay with the tranquility of the suburbs!
This house is similar to a duplex, but the other unit is on the opposite side of your stay, and has a private entrance. Much of the time, the owners in the other unit are away, but when they are there you're unlikely to see or hear them.
There are no shared spaces at all so you will have your side of the property all to yourself :) No interactions with anyone required!
Parking available all along the street
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and air mattress, and a futon couch on the main floor.
