Property used as student housing during the school year is now available to rent and host large groups over the summer months. It is ideally located in Cedar City proper, close to several of Southern Utah’s national parks including Zions, Grand Canyon, etc. Perfect location for a larger group to stay during the annual Shakespearian festival. The photos are primitive (sorry) they show the "space" but will be updated to show the furnishings etc., in the near future.
What to expect.
Remember, and to clearly set the expectations, this property is used as student housing during the regular school year which means it's no-frills, just the basics. It is very clean, safe, and well-kept but if you are looking for luxury accommodations this is not it. What it will do is comfortably accommodate and service a lot of people at a very affordable price. Serving as a fantastic home base for your Southern Utah adventures.
The layout and the basics.
This home has 2 Master bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) with attached private bathrooms. It is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bathrooms, 2 large family rooms (one up and one down), kitchen, back deck with BBQ, Washer, and Dryer in the laundry room, with large double drive-way for off-street parking, and more. The rooms all have twin beds, one room with a bunk bed for a total of six. There is a large open living area downstairs and there are two surprisingly comfortable inflatable queen air beds that can be used in that area to accommodate larger groups. We also have a collapsible crib (play and pack) that can easily be set up in any of the rooms. Linens, which include bath towels, kitchen towels, bed sheets, pillows cases, and blankets are provided, including bedding for the queen beds and crib. The kitchen will have the basics for meal prep and service ware for ten. Please reach out with other questions you may have. If you have any special requests, such as stocking the property with food, toiletries, or any other special needs we are happy to accommodate and quote the cost of these additional services upon request.

You are surrounded by epic views and vistas, wildlife, and nature, and you can go from thick pine forests to narrow red rock canyons in a short drive. We hope you will come and have an experience as we have had over the years, where you are filled with wonder and awe at all this area has to offer.

There are not a lot of properties, especially this size, in Cedar City proper. If you are coming to the area for a family gathering, the Shakespeare Festival, or just take a break to explore all the area has to offer and need an affordable larger space, this is it!

This home is far enough off the beaten path to be very quiet and peaceful but you can be at any store or restaurant in less than10 min. Its also located within an hour's drive of several of the most incredible national parks and national monuments in the entire country making it an incredible hub for exploring this amazing part of the United States.
