There is a spacious driveway out front for two cars, but plenty of free street parking that is typically open. There is also a brand new trolley station just a few blocks away that can take you to several points of interest in San Diego.

If you have a car, there is close freeway access and most points of interest are an average of 5-10 minutes away. But if you would rather not drive, there is a brand new trolley station just two blocks away that will take you to the all major metropolitan areas in town including Downtown, Little Italy, Old Town, Convention Center, Seaport Village, and even UTC in La Jolla.

GENERAL
Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We thank you for not smoking and not bringing any pets onto the premises.

Please ensure that the total number of guests you specify in your booking is accurate, including all infants and babies of all ages, and let us know if that changes. We will only accommodate those guests specified and no more above and beyond that number, especially due to municipal codes regarding occupancy.

NOISE & GATHERINGS
Due to the residential nature of our neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors, we have a strict policy against social gatherings or any other loud/disruptive activities, especially after 9pm. This also means no visitors (anyone not already accounted for in the booking and already staying here) at any time. Our property manager lives nearby and he’s had to ask guests to leave in the past for throwing parties.

OCCUPANCY
Please note the maximum occupancy and number of bedrooms specified in this listing. The maximum number of guests, including all infants and children, shall not exceed this number at all times.

SAFETY
There may be cameras present on the exterior of the property. Please see the listing for further details. Cameras must remain clear and not be tampered with or blocked in any way.

STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTS
The booking site does not have a mechanism for recurring charges, but as a benefit to both us and the guest, we do require a recurring cleaning of the unit to be scheduled once every 2-3 weeks at an additional cost equal to the original cleaning fee each time, and this would include cleaning of towels and linens. This is charged separately for each individual cleaning.

FURNISHINGS
Moving existing furniture out of the apartment or new furniture into it without consent of the host is strictly prohibited. Moving large furniture within the apartment from one room to another is also prohibited as our housekeeper may not be able to physically move it back once you depart.

PARKING
Parking details are specified in the Amenities section of this listing. If there is no reserved parking, please observe all posted parking restrictions when utilizing public parking.

TRASH & RECYCLING
Use blue bins for recycling, green bins for food waste, and black bins for everything else.

INFANTS & BABIES
If our space is listed as child-friendly, it’s because we’ve had many families with infants request to stay. While we’re happy to host those groups, please note that we do not provide cribs, pack and plays, or infant bedding, so plan accordingly if needed. However, if our space is listed as not suitable for children under 12, that means we are unable to accommodate young guests for safety or comfort reasons.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
We are pleased to provide you with internet service during your stay. By utilizing our internet connection, you agree not to download, share or otherwise use others' copyrighted content, such as movies, music, computer games or television shows without proper authorization

OTHER
We understand that accidents happen. If anything breaks during your stay (e.g., a wine glass, photo frame, vase), please let us know right away so we can clean it properly for the next guest. We generally don’t charge for small items or decor, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

We trust your stay will be a pleasant one, and we would be grateful if you would consider leaving a positive review following your visit. Should any concerns arise during your stay, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve them promptly.
Please note that, in line with Airbnb’s policy prohibiting compensation in exchange for reviews, any courtesy refunds will be issued 14 days after checkout.

If a guest violates these house rules, an incident management fee of up to $500 may be charged to cover the administrative time, travel, and effort required to investigate and resolve the issue. This fee is separate from any additional costs related to damages, extra cleaning, or penalties for specific violations.

CITY REGULATIONS
The City noise limits pursuant to Municipal Code sections 59.5.0401 and 59.5.0501, and remedies available to the City to address and enforce violations, including the issuance of individual administrative citations in an amount up to $1,000 to each guest and to the host. Upon a failure to vacate by the expiration of the occupancy term, guests may be deemed trespassers and may be subject to removal by relevant authorities Pursuant to Chapter 5, Article 1, Division 10 of the Municipal Code, if the police are called to address public peace, health, safety, or general welfare issues, guests may be responsible for the cost of the police response.

This was a great rental house in very convenient San Diego location. Beds are high quality comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The upper bedroom has a beautiful view of the bay.

Perfect location!

We loved our week at this house! It was the perfect location to explore all things San Diego. The private pool in the backyard was a huge hit! We used it almost every day we were there. I would recommend this house to anybody! Easiest check out that I've ever had from a vacation rental. Huge plus!!

Generally nice place, good for families

Overall the place was nice, spacious and in a good easy to get to area. Generally had a pleasant stay, the one minor note for improvement is that the kitchen/bath furnishings were a little sparse. (Limited dishware mugs & silverware especially, pool/bath towels and consumables - trash bags, bath soaps)

December Break

We stayed the last week of December and had an enjoyable time. The house was exactly as listed and the location is convenient to all major attractions in San Diego. The neighborhood is nice and the hills provide a great means for exercise. Jeff, the host, was pleasant to deal with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego.

Bigger than you think!

The pictures do not do this house justice! It is huge, clean, and very comfortable. We had 6 adults staying here and 5 of them are over 6'3" so we like big spaces! The master suite is completely separated from the rest of the house with its own deck and awesome view that we loved. The beds were very comfortable. Sitting poolside was very relaxing and completely private even being in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive with all the details we needed. You can get anywhere quickly from this spot since the house is just off the 5. Plus its a quick walk down to Mission Bay. We will definitely stay here again since we visit family often.

Huge space

Huge space; felt a lot bigger than we expected from photos. Our two kids loved the pool. Really nice kitchen, outdoor area and well kept. Beautiful views from upstairs balcony over the bay. Highly recommend! Pool is unheated (which we knew when booking). We would have loved and paid extra for a solar cover for the pool. Most pools seemed to be unheated which we knew, but something that we would have paid for if it was available (some places offered solar cover or heated pool for extra charge).

The property was clean and it was within a nice looking neighborhood as described. The check in and check out process was seamless. The host communication during the stay was good. I let the host know that our departure flight would be late night before we booked and he said he may be able to accommodate us but on the day of departure he wasnt able to. I just wish there was a way for the host could have accommodated us until our flight departed. We were willing to pay any extras. We had to rent a room for about $600 that day for several hours until our flight left. Other than that is was a peaceful and memorable stay.

Great location for seeing San Diego

Property was pretty much as promised. There is no grill or ice maker but everything else on the list was there. Location can’t be beat if you want to see SD everything was 10-15 mins away and the trolley was at the end of the street, easily walkable. Family vacation was completed by the nice accommodations and pool.

The inside and the outside of the house was beautiful!! including the pool! It was exactly like the pictures ( even nicer) We had a great experience! Was very easy to communicate with property manager, I got an answer on all my questions right away. Thanks for helping our dream vacation come true........
