Comfortable and nicely decorated apartment in the spirit of 'Bassin d'Arcachon' on the first floor of a detached villa. The place is particularly quiet and benefits from a totally independent access.
Nearly 20 years of experience in seasonal rentals, our very studied rates and the quality of our welcome are our priorities. 80% of our summer season is booked from one year to the next by our "Habitual Guests".
Equipped with an independent bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and a sofa bed in the living room of 140x190, this accommodations are ideal for a single couple or with 1 or 2 young children.
Weekly rental exclusively (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday) from April to October with a minimum of 14 nights (2 weeks) in July and August. No weekends, no isolated overnight stays.
The 70 m2 duckboard terrace, totally fenced and secured, sheltered from the wind, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon, is decorated with exotic plants and equipped with a large 'picnic' table, an electric blind, armchairs, a hammock and a water point with an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing when returning from the beach.
Exceptional and privileged location 200 m from the ocean beaches, 400 m from the beaches of the 'Bassin d'Arcachon' and 300 m from the shops of the village centre and the market square.
Abandon your vehicle! (parking reserved in front of the property). This rare and privileged location makes it easy to make all trips on foot or by bicycle, you are, for the duration of your stay, close to everything!
For your pleasure and comfort, we can provide an additional paid service at your request:
- Rental of a very complete 'Household Linen' kit for two people at the rate of € 50.00 for the week, consisting of sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath towels, large beach towels, washcloths, bathroom mats, napkins, dish towels, hand towels, ..... Freshly washed and vacuum-packed.
Extensive network of cycle paths immediately accessible.
Finally, for a better welcome and to avoid traffic jams, arrivals are on Saturdays from 18:00 and departures on Saturdays before 12:00.
