DETAILS: Stillwater Cottage is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury Rosemary Beach home that sleeps 10. This opulent oasis includes a landscaped courtyard with a pool, flowing water feature, an outdoor kitchen with a stand-alone ice maker, multiple balconies, and rich finishes. Stillwater Cottage is at the tip of West Long Green Park, close to beach access, the 30A bike path, and Rosemary Beach and Seacrest shops and restaurants.

A primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are on the first floor. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, French doors that open directly to the courtyard and pool, a 40†TV, and a walk-in closet. In the private bathroom, Carrara marble adorns the floor and spacious shower. A double vanity includes a make-up area. The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin daybed. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Doors from the hallway open to an outdoor kitchen and courtyard. The covered kitchen area has a stand-alone ice maker, beverage fridge, and 2 gas grills. A fountain spills into the pool, and chairs and tables allow guests to relax among the lush landscape.

A grand stairway with pecky cypress steps leads to an expansive living area on the second floor with artisan plank wood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and access to 2 balconies. A guest bedroom off the stair landing has a queen bed, an office area, and a private bathroom with a shower. Opposite the bedroom is a beautiful chef’s kitchen featuring Italian marble, Newport brass hardware, a Viking gas stove with double griddle, a Wolf wine chiller, Keurig coffeemaker, and lovely custom cabinetry. Beside the kitchen are French doors that open to a huge balcony overlooking the pool. A dining table and living area are light and bright with a vaulted ceiling, views of Rosemary Beach, and an ornamental fireplace with a 55†Smart TV.

On the third floor is a guest bedroom and living area with access to a small balcony. 2 twin beds and 2 full beds are cleverly tucked into dramatic corners created by an angled ceiling.
