So appreciative

We stayed here while waiting to pass papers on our new home. This was my second stay with this owner and this one was last minute. They were so helpful and caring of our situation. I would definitely recommend staying with them and I appreciate their help.

Pensacola fun

Property was clean, cozy and spacious. Dog friendly, although the front yard area could use fencing on the driveway side of the porch and where the gate latches by the driveway. I was unable to let my dog out the front without her slipping through the gate or jumping off the porch. All in all the place is adorable and we really enjoyed our stay.

There was a mix up with the laundry and cleaning lady took our beach towel. She brought it back the next morning before we left. Super nice people

Everything you need

I really liked that the house was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need.,and i do mean everything. Had no issues with property everything worked fine. Patio out back was nice. The neighborhood was a little run down but had no issues at all with anyone and neighbors were friendly. For the price for me was well worth it. Thanks Linda

Perfectly cozy!

This place was so cute and was perfect for my mom and me. They really did a great job with stocking the place with essentials. Some rentals will put cheap dollar store items but the quality of the essential items here was impressive. If you want to cook, okay a game, BBQ, or take a beach trip, they have you covered. It was also really clean and they had cleaning supplies available as well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There are plenty of places to shop nearby as well. The check in/out was really easy. I would definitely stay here again. Also- we were able to watch TV without signing in to any apps which was awesome!

Neighborhood Charm

My husband, our dog Cindy Lou Who and I loved staying at Parrot House III. Every day we would take Cindy for a walk around the neighborhood and had the opportunity to talk to some of the local folks who were very friendly. In fact we found out some of them were originally from the northern states and since we are from Wisconsin found that interesting. The house was very clean and comfortable and just about everything you can think of was provided. Cindy Lou Who loved the fenced in back yard! We liked that we were a close drive to everything that was going on but we were private. We had the opportunity to meet Rhondi Lee and her mom and they are great people.

Home away from home!!

The location could not have been more perfect for a military family. It was so close to MCAS that we got to squeeze every last moment with my son before he had to be back at base. It literally felt like we were at home! But without the clutter. Lol. Everything that I could possibly need was there. Just had to buy a few groceries. It was such a relief to not have to try and bring everything on the flight there, like beach stuff and a cooler. If we had forgotten any personal care items, she had it covered: shampoo, soaps, and sunscreen. It was such a relief. The host was fabulous. I got to meet her while checking out and I just loved her energy! Will definitely book with her again if ever coming back Pensacola!

Cozy little home, perfect for beach days

The house was perfect. Full of stuff, super clean. I did have my dog with me. I wish I could say it was all.perfrct, I just did not feel safe walking my dog in the evening time by myself especially. This made it a little difficult with just 2 adults and the toddler when she went to sleep.
