We had a wonderful couple of days in Eureka Springs. The property was beautiful, well maintained. The patio was amazing to sit outside and enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable. The variety of DVDs was a nice touch. Getting in and out of the property was easy with the touchpad code. Parking was also easy to navigate.

Our accommodations were perfect for two. The kitchen has everything you need. The living space decor/artwork is lovely including the cozy throw. Bedroom is spacious, bed is a great sleep. The outdoor/deck is secluded and very comfortable. Parking is great. The hosts are on sight to help with any of your needs. Thank you both and hope to visit the area again.

Loved staying there. Clean, cozy, quiet, not far from town. Smooth checkin. Just right for my husband and I. It’s a bit of a walk from shops, but if you’re used to walking and have no restrictions, you can avoid the paid parking in town. Eureka is a quaint town. There’s more shops than what is on Main Street.

The place was very clean. The host was quick to reply to our messages. The location is close to one of the tram stops, which we took advantage of to get into town during the day. Walking into town only took about 10 minutes. It was also located near a quaint park that was a short distance away.

Exceptional!!! Very clean, beautiful and worth it. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in the mornings on the private deck. A very quiet location, yet close to the entertainment district about a 10 min walk. This was our first time staying in the upstairs flat. We've stayed 2 seperate times in the downstairs flat as well. Never a disappointment. I highly recommend.

This was a lovely little apartment in a perfect location for visiting Eureka Springs and beyond. The off-street parking was HUGE, especially after I saw how narrow the roads were and how small available parking lots were. We walked into town every time we headed there (about 1/2 mile). It was also easy to head out to the north and east without fighting any traffic in town. The ice cream parlor next door provided a welcome treat because it was HOT the first few days. We were quite comfortable hanging out inside on our down days and there was a charming little outdoor space where I enjoyed morning coffee and having stare downs with the squirrels and deer. The hosts were easy to communicate with and always let us know if there was to be any unusual activity on the property (like lawn care). Highly recommend!

The place was perfect! It was easy to find and easy access to the apartment. It had everything we needed to make our morning coffee (highly essential). It had a great restaurant spot for lunch next door. It was about a 15min walk to town, which we did daily. It was an easy drive up to the haunted hotel which avoided the many hills in town. The place was clean, comfortable seating for evening movies, and nicely controlled ac units. If I ever go back I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, with perfect accommodations that truly enhanced our trip. It was the ideal place to unwind after hiking, boating, or spending time in Eureka Springs. David and Ethan’s place was perfect for us, and the location was conveniently close to the downtown Eureka Springs vibe. We especially enjoyed the back patio, which faces away from the street and offered a relaxing outdoor space for morning coffee, evening dinners, and fellowship. Highly recommend this stay, thank you for having us! Have a great week and year!

Perfect place for our weekend stay . Close enough to walk down town during cooler months . July was a little warm and humid for us to walk . Excellent parking at the cottage. Having the couch area and outside deck was great for when our friends came over . It was great having the kitchen area . Very clean, a lot of windows to let in outside light , very comfortable and cool with the AC unit and ceiling fans. We would definitely stay here again .

It was very clean and smelled so good! I enjoyed the patio in the mornings the privacy to sit out was great!!! I liked how it felt tucked away and just the relaxing feeling of it!!! The host made sure that things were there that I might need during my stay! I would recommend staying if your ever in Eureka!!!
