Tropical waterfront 4 Bdrm / 3 Bath home- 8 min walk to the beach! Luxurious home w/Two King bedrooms & Two Queen bedrooms. Spacious throughout with 18ft vaulted ceilings; all new furniture, bedroom flooring, appliances, towels, linens, bedding & kitchen necessities. Step out to the spacious palm lined lanai with tropical wide water views and large salt water heated pool (heated to 87 degrees Nov. 15 - Apr. 30). Plenty of covered and uncovered areas to sit to enjoy alfresco dining, swimming or lounging by the pool. Large dock w/boat lift- quick access to the gulf with just one bridge. Enjoy watching the dolphin swim by and the spectacular sunsets from the seating area on the dock!

Within walking distance to Marco's white sand beach, world famous restaurants, mini golf, Ice Cream parlor, movie theater and shops. There are also two bikes to tour the island with.

Location! Location! Location!

Fantastic spacious home in a wonderful location. My family of 6 enjoyed an unforgettable Christmas break. Thanks Kim for being a great host and so easy to work with. My teens could walk to the beautiful white beach, play mini golf, get ice cream and shop all within a 5-10 minute walk. My young adults loved the crystal clear, heated, salt water pool with an amazing water view. Not to mention the positive health benefits! I appreciated the well equipped 4 bedroom home with a sofa sleeper, extra towels/beach towels and washer/dryer. TV's in every bedroom too. The nightlife in this neighborhood was fun! Beach shelling abundant too! Lots to do all within a few steps of this wonderful home We will be back!

The house is nice in size, property owner/manager was quite responsive, but unfortunately the house didn't come close to living up to the previous reviews or pictures in any aspect.

Wonderful home!

My husband & I, along with our son, his wife, & their two small children enjoyed a wonderful week here together. We love Marco. We loved the close walk to the beach & restaurants, the pool & the lovely well-equipped home. Kim was wonderful to work with-she answered all questions promptly & checked in with us to be sure all was well. Would definitely stay again!

THREE WEEKS IN PARADISE

What a nice roomy house with a large well equipped kitchen in a fantastic location. The house is located in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Not only is the house roomy inside, but there is a large lanai with a heated (87F) pool overlooking the dock and a long wide waterway. The pool had a nice selection of pool toys and floats. The dock is also large with a nice picnic table. You can see dolphins and stingrays swimming by the dock and fishing proved exciting. Your host Kim is readily available if you have any questions. We had a lovely three week stay at this property and hope to return soon.

Escape frigid Chicago

Working with Kim was very easy and she was very accommodating with SW flight issues. Our family found the property perfect for our vacation. Location, house and amenities were great. Spent time in the pool, at the beach and explored the dining options close by. Hope to come back!!!! Thank you 😊

Great property with pool and short walk to beach. Kim is a very responsive owner. Highly recommend

My family of 6, plus my MIL, stayed at this property during the last week of July. Our check in was extremely easy, and Kim was very responsive to all of our questions. The previous renters left behind a pile of garbage for us to take care of — please respect property owners homes!!! The home was set up perfectly for my family, ranging in age from 10-18. The pool was fantastic with lots of pool toys, and looked out onto the canal where our kiddos were able to fish. Kim had the garage stocked with chairs, umbrella, and wagon to spend a day at the beach, along with plenty of towels. Our older kiddos were able to ride bikes across town, which was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals every day. Check out process was easy! Highly recommend staying here!

Family Getaway

This was my first time at Marco Island even though some in our party have been here before. The house was perfect! Beds comfy and the outdoor areas had plenty of things to do! We fished and rode bikes and enjoyed the pool. Any questions or concerns Kim was very prompt getting back to us. I would not hesitate to stay here again! With a lot of us in our party and an infant the walk to the beach took a bit longer. The sunsets were spectacular from the beach as well as the dock.

Beautiful home, beautiful area!

This was our first visit to Marco Island, so we booked this home with not much prior information about the area. It turned out perfectly - the house itself is comfortable, bright and spacious, with literally everything you need. The pool/lanai area is where we spent the majority of each day just enjoying the sun, the pool and the beautiful view! The house sits and the end of a waterway, so there isn't a house directly across from you - bonus!! We walked to the beach and to dinner - very convenient location! Kim is very responsive as a host and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We loved Marco Island, and we would absolutely rent this property again!

Great vacation home!

We had a great stay in Marco Island! The property owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. There were plenty of beach towels, toys and chairs and we appreciated the cart available for getting everything to and from the beach. Everyone enjoyed being able to swim with a view when we returned from the beach each afternoon. We hope to return soon!

We live in MN but our family has been coming down to Marco Island for over 22 years. This property is owned by my mom & managed by me and enjoyed by our family as often as possible. When we first visited we were hooked! What's not to love..... the weather, the beautiful scenery, the Gulf of Mexico! It's a tropical island with everything you can imagine or have ever dreamed of!!
