Esta espectacular casa de lujo cuenta con más de 5000 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable con 5 habitaciones que incluyen dos master suites, una gran sala frente a la playa, una cocina profesional, sala multimedia, lavandería, terraza frente a la playa, sistema de sonido para toda la casa y aire acondicionado central. La casa tiene capacidad para un máximo de 10 personas y está situado en la mejor playa en el lado norte de Cape Cod. Nuestra casa es, sin duda, el mejor alquiler de vacaciones en la zona. Esto no es una típica casa de Cape Cod. Incluye muebles finos y obras de arte, camas con pillow-top y ropa de cama de lujo y toallas. La cocina está totalmente equipada para un chef profesional. Amazing property and amazing long weekend!

We had an amazing weekend at this property. The house was beautiful, perfect and spacious - the location was breathtaking and the owner was awesome. This must be one of the best properties on the Cape. The beach is perfect. We will be coming back if they will have us!

Perfect home for a beach vacation

I rented this house for 4 nights the last week of August. It was just perfect. When we arrived to check in, we were met by Joe the property manager. He gave us a tour of the home. When you enter the house, the first thing you see is the stunning view along the windows of the great room. The location to the beach was perfect. I had my 2 year old niece there and it was so convenient to just walk down the back steps and we were on the beach. We were able to go to the beach multiple times throughout the day for short periods of time and it was just easy. We never had to pack up a carload of things to bring. If we forgot something we just ran back up the stairs to get it. And for those that didn’t want to be on the beach that day, they could stay on the deck and enjoy the beach from there. We spent most of our time on the main floor. We loved the deck and enjoyed many hours there. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything you could possible need. You really don’t need to bring your own towels, chair, umbrellas or even beach toys for kids if you don’t want to - the house had plenty of everything. Location was good - close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. It’s very close to Corporation Beach - about a 10 minute walk . We walked down there once but really loved the privacy of the beach by the house. The owner Todd and property manager Joe were extremely responsive. I have rented other properties and this is by far one of the best homes I have rented in terms of location and quality. I would definitely rent this again!

Amazing time!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location of this house is truly amazing. The kids played on the beach all day every day. The water was calm and wonderful. The home was very well appointed and had room for everyone. We look forward to returning!

Great Stay!!

Our stay at this beach house was awesome! From the very beginning the communication with Todd was great. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our large family. The access to our private beach was the icing on the cake! We loved every second of our time there and would highly recommend it.

Absolute Bliss

From the moment you open the door, you know this house is something spectacular. Not only is it beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you may need, but the view off the deck is breathtaking. Not that you would ever want to leave the house, but if you do, you’ll find great markets, delicious restaurants and cute shops very near by. Todd is a wonderful owner and extremely responsive. He answered every question promptly and took care of any request immediately. He made us feel like a guest in his home as opposed to just renters. We did not want to leave and hope we can return in the near future

All about location

The property was beautifully situated on the bay overlooking the beach in both directions. A quick walk to the public beach and you end up at Seaside Grille. No pool, no problem take your choice of a lake or ocean swim. Seems that so many things are in walking distance. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive Would consider this house again

Fun on the Cape

Property is absolutely as advertised. Location is somewhat central for exploring the Cape. The house is far enough away from the more crowded areas but located within easy drives to Chatham (30 minutes), Provincetown (55 minutes), Hyannis (20 minutes). The beach is steps from the back door and for the most part private. Living areas of the house are great. We had ten people (4 kids - 11 - 16 years old). There was plenty of space to spread out and not feel like everyone was on top of each other. Top floor was great for kids hanging out (and a ping pong tournament). Movie room was a hit. House is fully stocked with everything you need in kitchen as well as bath (plenty of towels and beach towels). Owner was super responsive and a great resource for things to do and restaurants to hit. Many good restaurants are within 5-25 minutes from the house. Everyone in our party was super happy with the House.

Amazing House in an Amazing Location with Amazing views!!!

We stayed 5 nights in early October at this home -- truly amazing -- Todd thought of every thing -- the home is not only beautiful with amazing views but very well stocked -- no need to worry about paper products, soaps, towels, Keurig cups, etc -- they were all there!! and it seemed like every kitchen gadget is there too!! This house is in a perfect location to explore Cape Cod -- plus located on a gorgeous beach!! the view from the deck is beautiful and very relaxing! house is also very close to great restaurants -- all Todd's recommendations were excellent -- cannot say enough nice things about this house -- or Todd!! -- he was great to work with -- responded in timely manner and extremely helpful -- Todd had great ideas how to spend our time on The Cape -- and he even brought over an extra tv for us!!! (really!) This house was wonderful -- it exceeded our very high expectations -- we enjoyed our time on Cape Cod -- it was fun exploring Provincetown, Cape Cod National Seashore, Chatham, many local breweries and all the points in between -- plus we took the ferry to Nantucket one day (be sure to follow Todd's advice to take the ferry out of Harwichport!!). after all that i think my favorite part of the trip was relaxing on the deck of this beautiful house and enjoying the amazing view!! (we even saw seals our last morning!!) Thanks Todd -- we had a wonderful time!! we appreciated your beautiful house and all the time and effort you put into making it an amazing vacation retreat!! we look forward to returning some day!!

Spectacular water front property!

The property is better than described. It is an architectural gem sighted a few steps from a pristine soft sand beach. Looking out the windows you feel as if you are on the water and we were treated each night to a spectacular sunset. The property was immaculate and it had everything we could possibly need. Todd made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star Inn rather than a rental house. When he found out we had 2 small kids he actually went out and bought an additional crib and purchased age appropriate beach toys. Who does that? When we were having a little trouble with a TV set he dropped everything and came over personally to fixed it. At every opportunity Todd took the extra step to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We have stayed at maybe 2 dozen properties over the years and this was the best hands down! Thank you Todd

Awesome!

I can't say enough about the house and location! I was there last summer during the last week in July & early August. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and great for all hanging out together in the living and kitchen areas. The views through the large windows were amazing. The bedrooms were very nice and most had views of the water. The location on Cape Cod Bay was perfect - the beach was private and the tide going out brought new activities. Our group consisted of adults, teenagers and twenty somethings. Everyone loved it! I hope to go back one day!
