Newly updated Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. (New paint, furniture, beds, Quartz counter tops and fully equipped Kitchen with stainless appliances) The Master has a King bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom a Queen/Double bunk and twin bed. I-wave Air Purifier newly installed that kills germs and Airborne Covid in the home. This beautiful condo has a large 2nd story wrap around balcony to enjoy gorgeous Beach Views and relaxing sounds of the Gulf waves. It overlooks one of the two outdoor pools and is only steps from the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience and all linens are provided- just bring Beach towels. Second floor unit at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Orange Beach has many great Restaurants, many are within walking distance from the complex. Rental chairs/umbrellas are available seasonal. Please call for monthly bookings to ensure pricing.

You purchase your parking pass at the entrance gate of the property. **There is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on this property, per unit unless stated otherwise. you can purchase a parking pass at the guard shack on-site for $50. HOA will accept credit cards for additional passes. **Please note: Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.** The guard shack is open from 8a.m to midnight 7 days of the week. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. STRICTLY ENFORCED -- BUSES of any size or type are PROHIBITED from entering property. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed. ***IMPORTANT FOR Long Term Renters/Winter Guests/Monthly Guests: Parking Passes are valid for 30 Days Maximum. Quick getaway for the weekend with family and friends. The condo wasn’t huge but had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the balcony and sitting outside. The condo is close to the pool and the entrance to the beach. It was perfect for all the things we wanted to do on a short weekend.

Fantastic location and amazing views

This unit was perfect for my family of 6. The view of the pool and beach was perfect. It was on the 2nd floor so no worries about waiting on the elevators, which I didn’t notice a line for anyway. Family friendly complex, clean and so many places nearby to eat and shop! The owner was very helpful and responsive all through the booking process and our stay.

We loved this place. Check in was super easy. Right on the beach. What we really loved about this place is that each of the non-married kids had their own bed and didn't have to share. We had no issues at all. Would definitely look to staying here again. Thank you!

Wonderful unit, great resort, perfect location to entertainment, groceries and dining

Super cute place. Perfect for a large family like ours with 5 kids and grandma tagging along. Great 2nd floor corner unit close to the stairs. 2 minutes to the pool and 3 minutes to the beach. Homey feel, not fussy. Just enough beach flare to feel like you're on vacation. We had a few minor hiccups, nothing to ruin a trip, but the owner was super awesome and on top it immediately. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, already planning our next trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Complex is very dated parking is horrible

The parking is HORRIBLE and you are threatened with being towed regularly. The guard at the gate needs some customer training. The whole facility is very dated and lighting is extremely poor or non-existent in key areas. Stairs are treacherous! The rented unit (4207) does not provide extra locking besides a chain inside. The beds are uncomfortable and mattresses need changing. New appliances in the kitchen. Thermostat is locked and you can only adjust temp. Had to request the owner to turn on the fan via remote every night before bed time. Bathrooms are tiny and toilet seat kept coming off the hinges. We were given a single garbage bag for the duration. You have to walk across the parking lot to put garbage in dumpster. One sliding door was not operational. Floors were not clean as there was sand everywhere. TV was not usable and wifi was very poor. Light switches are all over the place and covered by furniture in places. We had to plug lamps back in for most cases. The ice maker was already full and a solid block which indicates that it was not cleaned/emptied. We stay in the area at least twice a year and this is by far the worst experience for the price we paid which was a premium. The pictures are very deceiving in the advertisement. This is not on my list to return. Already booked our Thanksgiving week down the street at a nicer facility.

Was perfect for our group. Can not beat this location. Excellent views, plenty of space inside and on the patio. Only downfall is the sliding doors in the master and living room not working due to prior Hurricane damage. Definitely recommend though.

Excellent location with an outstanding view!

The location of this condo was great. The views from the balcony were incredible. One minor issue with the double bed having dirty sheets, but property owner was going to speak with the cleaners. Good thing the condo had a washer & dryer for us to clean the sheets.

Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Room 4207 was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen necessities. Owner was super nice and responded to our request within minutes. Very nice. Will be back again for sure.

Perfect size for 7 guests.

This was our 3rd family trip to OB, 2nd time to stay at this property, 1st time in this unit. Great location, very convenient to all the things. Everything was clean and ready for us. Furnished and decorated nicely. Had some confusion getting our prepaid parking passes, but cleared it up in a friendly manner with a brief walk back to the gatekeeper. Highly recommend and hope to return!
