Phoenix IX es uno de los condominios más nuevos y lujosos en el Golfo! Se puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón oa través de las ventanas de piso a techo en la unidad. Con más de 1.570 pies cuadrados de la unidad es muy amplio y amueblado.



¡Esta es una unidad "premium" que se ofrece a usted por debajo de los precios unitarios "selectos"! Hemos instalado todos los muebles nuevos a partir del 14/11/18!



Las comodidades son abundantes en este piso Phoenix IX: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, bar con máquina de hielo, 48 "HDTV de pantalla plana en salón con montado en la pared 32" televisores en los dormitorios, sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Hay una cama King en el dormitorio principal y una King en el segundo dormitorio, también hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.



Hay una piscina al aire libre con una piscina segura para niños, una piscina climatizada en la 7 ° planta con vistas increíbles, dos jacuzzis, un gimnasio de última generación y una cancha de tenis cubierta.

THE GOODLoved the amenities of the building! The condo itself is spacious and the perfect size for our group. Beach access is is great, wasn’t overly crowded. THE NOT SO GOODFurniture is very worn, especially the hide-a-bed couch cushions and the bed itself. The skillets in the kitchen were very old and had peeling teflon that would’ve undoubtedly ended up in our food if we used them

We were disappointed. While the view was beautiful and the unit was spacious, the word penthouse floor is misleading. The unit is on the top floor, as are other units, but there was nothing remotely high-end about this unit. The furnishings are sparse, outdated, and some areas aren't very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is bulging and needs to be replaced, as does the bedding. It was not worth the price, and we would not stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

Loved the place from all angles. From the condo, to the pools, tennis court, and awesome beach, the place was great!! Very relaxed environment and not crowded at all, it was the perfect place for us!!

To many things were broken…..ice maker, dishwasher, dryer, mold or mildew in front bathroom, toilets need updated, shower has mold around it…owners need to go check it out! Will not do VRBO again!!!!
