Beautiful Renovated 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom -- Tropical Treasure

Newly renovated 4 bed, 3 bath condo that you can park at your front door. Sleeps 8, 2 Kings, 2 Queens all bedrooms have black out curtains. All bedrooms have flatscreen tvs. Full size washer/dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen. Sugar Beach is a low rise family friendly complex, beach side complex on Thomas Drive. Walking distance to restaurants & other attractions. Complex has freshwater pond with turtles & fish, tennis courts, shuffle board, clubhouse with Ping pong. You are across the street from a couple of restaurants, walking distance to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center. Just a short drive to St. Andrews State Park, Pineapple Willie's and Pier Park. Due to allergies & other health issues of the owners, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

Beautiful place!

We absolutely loved this property! It is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and felt very secure! Comfy beds were a big bonus! Great communication with the property owner - she was wonderful! Highly recommend this property!

Review of stay

This was a great place to stay and very roomy!! It was in a great location to the beach and to restaurants. Angie was very easy to get in touch with. Beds were super comfy and there was so much space! There is only one AC unit and it can’t go below 70 so it does get a little warm in upstairs rooms but she has a box fan in every closet in the condo! We had a great time!

Great Vacation!

Tropical treasure is truly a home away from home. We were on a couples trip, total of 8 people. We could not have asked for a better place. The home is equipped with everything you need just bring your clothes and groceries. There was fans in the closets, beach supplies like chairs, pool noodles, and sand toys. No matter the weather, the condo has plenty to keep you entertained with movies, books, and games. The kitchen has everything but a chef. The home was beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Angie is a great host! You will not go wrong with staying at her place.

Anniversary Getaway

The city is beautiful and so many family oriented activities. We stayed at Sugar Beach Condo. The condo was beautiful, the only downsides is the floors was not clean, sand was everywhere and the furniture was not dusted. I contacted the host, not happy with the response so I mopped it myself. Was not told upfront about paying for parking passes texted the host, not happy with the response as ŵell.The Deco is very beautiful. The campus is beautiful and clean. Other than house keeping issues I would have rated it outstanding.

We will be back!

We shared this condo with our good friends for Memorial Day weekend, and it was just wonderful! We had 4 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 4, and 8. The condo is exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations based on the photos. We had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The condo comes with pool noodles and beach chairs available in the closet off of the balcony. The beach & pool are very convenient, and the Sugar Beach complex is secure enough to leave beach things in the entryway just outside the door. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, but does get crowded especially for a holiday weekend. With the little ones, we were on the beach by 7:30am each morning and had no problem securing a good spot. People are out setting up tents & chairs by 6:30am. If you arrive at the beach later than about 10am, you will find yourself 2-3 groups back from the water. A company rents chairs and umbrellas which they set up and take down for you. We did not use them but could tell that you can use them to reserve a spot at dawn - they had set up their chairs covering most of the beachfront by 8am. The condo has an excellent beach theme with plenty of wonderful decorations. We did have to keep our eye on little hands and some fragile looking items on side tables, dressers, etc. PCB is not a quiet place to be, and we knew that going in to the weekend. Hammerhead Fred’s is across the street, and the two main bedrooms have windows facing HF’s. They play live music until after midnight which you can definitely hear in the bedrooms. We had the 2 year old in one of those bedrooms with us and he had absolutely no problems sleeping with his white noise machine. If you can’t sleep with the sound of street traffic and distant live bands, then those bedrooms will be difficult for you. Angie was a great host and very responsive! We LOVED this condo and are already planning our way back next year!

It was everything my family needed!

The condo was very nice. Everything was clean and newly renovated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there. We would definitely stay here again and are already trying to plan for next year. At first we were worried about the condo being a little further from the beach but it wasn’t an issue at all. The property owner was very accommodating.

Perfect for the Panama City Beach experience

We really enjoyed our at PCB and a big part of that was this condo. The location was ideal for us. The beach access was so easy and at a beautiful stretch of sand. Honestly my family was so in love with the beach they never went to the pool, though I saw others enjoying it. The condo itself is just as pictured, exceptionally clean and beautiful, but still very comfortable. We had come off a cruise and so the washer/dryer was much appreciated to clean some clothing. My niece and nephew are already asking when we are going back again.

Tropical Treasure is a little piece of paradise along the Gulf coast. It's beautiful white sandy beaches are stunning. It's a newly renovated condo with a family homey feel. When you walk in we want you to feel like your at home at the beach! We have tried to think of everything you would need on your vacation and have at you hands reach. It has plenty of fun activities for the entire family to enjoy and never have to leave! Let me know in advance, and your groceries can be waiting on you when you get there. We would love to have you experience the love we have for Tropical Treasure like we do!! Our rates are very reasonable for a four bedroom and three bath condo on the beach.
