Great place for a family vacation. Location and facilities are great and proximity to everything is an easy walk. The beach is not overly crowded and the pool was good for the grandbabies. Would highly recommend this location.

Very nice, clean condo in a terrific location. Great view of ocean and pool. Quiet for Bike Week. No issues with condo. Roddy made sure we were able to get in and securely parked. See you next year.

The condo was super night. You could see the beach from the balconies and it was a short walk to get there. We loved the grill area also!

This was our fourth stay to this unit and it is our favorite in Sugar Beach and PCB!!! Always clean, always great communication!! Can't wait to visit again!!!

This is our 3rd trip to A9 at Sugar Beach! It is always clean and tidy with everything we need. It has an awesome location and plenty of space for our family! Can't wait to be back!

Perfect layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty of room and convenient to the pool and beach. Would definitely come back.

Right off the beach with easy access to everything we needed and wanted. Thankful for the included chair rentals. Kitchen also had all we needed. Great week and great place. We will be back!

Great family get together

Once again A9 provided a great beach getaway. We have loved sugar beach for years and it never disappoints. Roddy Slaughter was so helpful as an owner and responded quickly to our questions allowing an early check in. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

No complaints...this unit was updated, nicely decorated, very clean and easy check-in. Owner/property manager was easy to reach. Without a doubt would stay here again.

My family complained about the floors not being clean. In the kitchen we didn't have any pot holders. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed our trip .

Family vacation

We loved our stay in A9! So convenient to the beach and pool, without those aggravating elevator and parking issues we’ve experienced with the high rise condos. We’ve stayed at sugar beach a few times over the years, but this was by far our best stay. Our adult children kept bragging about the convenience of this property. We loved it. We had a few minor issues, but Roddy was so easy to deal with and made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend this property

Sugar beach

We have stayed at sugar beach many times in last 30 years. Like some of the improvements they have made on the condos. Not a fan of club house only being open until 10. We usually have several condos rented for family and friends and use club house for dinners together. Closing that early we can’t even get a good football game watched till the end.

Fun in PCB!

Our family (5 adults, 1 four year old and 1 one year old) spent the last week of July at Roddy’s 4 bedroom townhouse and it was perfect for us. The location is perfect - steps from the pool, steps from the beach and a nice gulf view. The property was fully equipped, Roddy was easy to communicate with and we even had an umbrella and 2 lounges at the beach included in the cost! One really nice aspect is we’re between 2 high rise condo buildings, so the beach was pretty crowded on either side, but our “patch” of beach in front of our buildings wasn’t crowded at all! We met some nice people staying at different units and thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. We would definitely come back and rent A-9 again!!

The condo was one of the nicest we have seen in 4 or 5 stays at Sugar Beach. Well stocked, great location, and well decorated. Unfortunately, there were too many issues that we would not rent again. The AC stopped working correctly the last 48 hours, never getting below 75deg. To the owners credit, I didn’t tell him about that until the night before we were leaving and by then it was too late to fix. The kitchen has plenty of “stuff” but there wasn’t a sharp knife in the whole place (we cook a lot), The TV situation sucked (only Xfiniti login and no ability to use smart apps in the rooms). The TV in the living room was the slowest operating electronic device I have ever seen. Then the system would stop randomly and we would have to reset the show and start over because nothing else seemed to get it moving again. With 3 kids and a few rainy days this was a big frustration. The most frustrating thing was a combo washer/dryer that was the bane of our existence all week. The laundry would take all day for a single load to get completed and my wife’s favorite swimsuit was stained and ruined. With 5 people, obviously you go through a lot of beach and bath towels. We ended up having to leave a huge pile of dirty, wet towels just sitting there, which we normally don’t do. Just too many things to have to troubleshoot or try to solve for considering what we paid.

Sorry Dave. You have a list of complaints that we have never heard before and we host guest 150 to 160 nights per year. The AC blew the compressor capacitor and we had it fixed 18 hours after you reported it to us. Washer / Dryer combo is an 8 month old $2 500.00 unit. I'm sorry we disappointed you with our 5 flat screen televisions.
