Acerca de este alojamiento
Central City Charmer-close to UofA & Downtown: Dog-friendly 🐶
Located in the historic and central Blenman Elm neighborhood, this cheery and bright 3 bedroom mid-century bungalow is situated on a small, quiet side street, but close to all the action. Conveniently located a mere 1.5 miles from the University of Arizona campus and 0.4 miles from the upscale Arizona Inn.
Walk to so many great restaurants/coffee shops including Culinary Dropout, Postino, Snooze Eatery, Nekter Juice Bar, Lemon Shark Poke and Dante’s Fire, and just a little further to Raging Sage Coffee Roasters and so many more.
Wander through the nearby neighborhoods of Sam Hughes and El Encanto with beautiful Spanish style homes. Just a 20-30 minute drive to the Catalina foothills, Saguaro National Park hiking and desert spa resorts. A perfect place to both relax and explore beautiful central Tucson.
This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING/420 home. We ask that you do not smoke/vape outside OR inside the home or near any open door or window. There may be a fine of up to $250 for violation of smoking plus any applicable cleaning fees.
Any parties or loud noise will not be tolerated. If the owner is fined for any noise ordinance violation caused by the guest, it will be the responsibility of the guest to pay these fines and/or this may be cause for immediate eviction with no refund.
NO weapons are allowed on property
NO fire hazards allowed on property.
TRASH:
Upon departure, please place in trash bins (regular/recycled) located in car port area. If on site Sunday eve, please take bins out to street for very early Monday collection (recycle is bi-weekly).
BOOKING:
Check-in time is 4 pm to 10 pm (self check-in) and check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out only upon advance approval by the Host. Fees may be incurred for not first seeking approval, esp. if cleaners or other personnel are delayed from entering.
The digital keypad entry codes will be provided 2-3 hours before check-in (depending on if another guest has checked out/cleaning crew is done).
PETS: IF BRINGING A DOG you must first notify host and get approval of breed/size. Once approved, you must provide proof of vaccines, flea/tick medication regimen and pet photo/breed/age. We want you to have a happy trip with your pup, but will also require a firm $100/pet stay fee for 1 dog (case-by-case basis, not guaranteed). Pet rules (to avoid payment from damages deposit) include using the provided pet couch cover, bringing a dog bed (no sleeping in human bed/future guests may have allergies), sweeping up furballs, no indoor accidents, or defecation or chewing/damage anywhere on property.
Not notifying the host of a dog guest OR bringing additional dogs other than the approved dog w/no notification will result in an automatic additional $500 charge (plus any additional damage costs) and/or possible eviction/cancellation with no refund.
AMENITIES: Lost, stolen or damaged items during stay are responsibility of the guest. Removal of telescope $200; removal of provided bathrobes $100 each. Other items TBD. Amenities are optional, not guaranteed.

Hello & Welcome!
I have been a host/Superhost since 2014. As an avid traveler, I want your experience in my home or others that I co-host to be as enjoyable as possible, and I also rely upon guests to communicate any issues or needs during their stay so I can address them promptly.
I love to travel internationally on a budget - I've been fortunate to get to Asia/SE Asia, Indonesia, Europe, South America, Africa and Australia/NZ, (nearly 50 countries, 46 states, and counting, several more than once) but with many more places around the globe to go (Sagittarius in me).
I always enjoy making new friends and having new experiences. I have been on safari, hangglided, like trapeze, and was lucky enough to have done stunts in a bi-plane over the Pacific Ocean with a pilot friend. I am an AFI, Colonials and T-Bird alum, so let me know if you are too!
I enjoy music, dance, movies, F1 racing, reading, boxing, anything with animals, and outdoor activities like hiking, climbing and biking. I did a Habitat for Humanity build in Egypt, have hiked to the basecamp of Mt. Everest after volunteering at an orphanage in Nepal, have volunteered with refugee children in Greece, and this past fall I did a trek in the Italian Dolomites and volunteered to build a home for 2 refugee single moms and their kids. Tell me more about you...
