Scott was a great host. I did have many questions and he replied to all of them very fast. Like within minutes. The property was perfect for what we needed. This was strictly a guys fishing trip. Myself, my dad and my son. It was clean and ready to go. I believe it says 2 bedrooms, but really there are 3 "sleeping areas". It had all the utensils that we needed. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The location is spot on. Great views of the lake. The smallmouth fishing was absolutely fantastic! That is why we drove 6 hours to come here. The lake is low, so the dock is about 4 feet up from the deck of my Bass boat. Granted it is a low profile boat. Not an issue for me though. I really have nothing negative to say. It was perfect for what we wanted. And the neighbors were real nice and gave us some good info about food and stuff around town. The DNR boat ramp is a 1 min. drive by boat, and a 12 min drive by truck. Super nice ramps. There is a boat launch like right down the street, but it was a little sketchy. I launched there but did not load up there. Thank you Scott. We had a fishing experience of a lifetime! Over 50 smallmouths caught in 3 days.

Great stay!

Great location and lots of amenities! Host was very easy to contact, responded quickly, and provided recommendations for the area. Plenty of space inside and outside of the cabin. Possible water damage to the ceiling in the living room and mild musty smell in one of the bedrooms but tolerable and didn’t affect our trip! Would stay again!

Had a great time staying here. The hot tub soak overlooking the frozen lake was a highlight of the trip. Cozy cottage, as described in the listing. Scott was a great host - answered questions as soon as we had them.

Traveling for a holiday party we needed a place to stay and the house was perfect with some amazing lake vibes. The fireplace was very comforting and a sunrise jacuzzi made for some stunning views. I would recommend!

Lake shore cottage

Scott’s cottage is a little small Qwaint cottage and a very nice waterfront/ boating community. Scott has anything you need for a great staycation.

My review

Scott's property was accurate to the pictures and description of the house. We had a blasted with the amazing view while chilling in the hot tub of the dock. It gives a cabin feel with a mansion surrounding area. All in all the place is worth the stay.
