This newly renovated and updated 1 bedroom with a King bed and Queen sofa sleeper, 1 bath "Suite" is located in prestigious Point Royale Golf Village! Nestled right on the golf course overlooking a scenic pond with ducks and geese visiting us regularly. A perfect place to Honeymoon or celebrate an Anniversary! So, relax and enjoy Branson while staying here at a premier gated community and golf resort. We guarantee you won't be disappointed with this "Gem" of a "Home" away from home!
The space
The Space: Our condo has recently been upgraded with all new furnishings including new counters, new flooring, new HDTV's with the ability to access Netflix, and much more. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, microwave, and complimentary coffee. The bedroom has a King size bed, and there is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Our condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, and spacious living area including a new dining room table and chairs. Linens, towels, iron, hairdryer, and bath essentials are provided in case you forgot anything. NOTE: Seniors it is important to know - that this entry is not ground level- but actually a full flight of GRADUAL stairs down with a landing in the middle.
Guest access
Guest Access: Guests have access to the Clubhouse fitness center, indoor/outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, playground, and basketball/tennis courts. Enjoy the clubhouse, restaurant, and more. The golf course is available and our guests will receive a discount.

Host was great in communication. Check in was easy. Place was nice. Could use some new throw pillows for the couch, but the cleanliness of those is my only complaint. Everything else was great! We were too busy to get to use the pool but I was really looking forward to that. Thanks for letting us stay!

Property was as advertised and very comfortable king bed. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant. Host was quick to communicate our arrival information.

Branson Getaway

We had a lovely time at the condo last week. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the balcony was perfect for my morning coffee. We would love to come again!

Time with daughter in Branson 💕

The condominium was awesome! All the conveniences of home were provided by the owner. Coffee, laundry pods for the washer and dryer, cable and internet. My daughter visited us and we all enjoyed the pool. Breakfast and lunch at the clubhouse on property was delicious and staff were very friendly. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Need to invest in a deep pocket sheet set. The fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. Very frustrating. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Nice condo. Great location…walking distance from the main pool and view of the golf course. King bed was super comfy, although pillow cases were the wrong size for the king sized pillows. Our 2 teen daughters stayed on the pull out sofa. It needs a top sheet and mattress pad was dirty. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Great trip!

The property was great aside from a small hole in the bedroom wall and a loose piece of metal on the outside table, and we very much enjoyed what we did in Branson! However, I got no response from the host regarding whether I could take a night off of my reservation or not after I had asked 3 times beginning 6 weeks before arrival, yet the host did reply immediately when I asked what the entry code to the door was. A simple “yes” or “no” would have been fine either way, I just would’ve liked to have gotten an answer whether it was accepted or denied.

Cozy place

Cute tiny 1 bedroom place.. needs more cupboard space in kitchen. Needs a new tub or needs something to get the nasty looking yellow ring out. Bed is comfy. First night was not great at all as there was a very loud motor sound coming from hvac in closet could hear it even after turning on two fans and shutting bedroom door. Sent text next morning to owner with a video of how loud it was. They called hvac people who came around 3:00 and were able to fix it. Second night was peaceful. Great view of the 17th hole.. so pretty . It is perfect size for two people.

Clean, and convenient

The condo is very clean, updated, and the owner was very quick to reply to any of our questions. The condo is located close to all the main strip attractions. Beautiful views of the golf course!

2 golfers!!

My husband and I took a mini-vacation to the Branson area to golf. We had an amazing view of hole #17 from our patio. My husband got to witness a hole in one!! The condo was very clean, the check-in/check-out and communicating with the property manager was easy, plus we loved the location. We would definitely stay at this condo again.
