Step into the heart of the home and be greeted by soaring ceilings, overhead skylights, and a wall of windows framing the sparkling lake beyond. The open-concept main level brings everyone together, with a comfy sectional and large-screen TV for movie nights, a fully stocked kitchen for effortless group meals, and a farmhouse-style dining table that invites long conversations and shared laughter. 🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
