Welcome to our little slice of heaven on Canyon Ferry Lake’s West Shore! We welcome you to the joys of lake views, whispering pines, and majestic boulders.

Lorelei Creek Cabin offers privacy on a one-acre parcel in a natural setting overlooking Canyon Ferry Lake fed by the waters of the Missouri River.

Sit on the large upper deck for spectacular views of the lake or in the shade of the lower patio and listen to the babbling brook of Lorelei Creek. Take the two minute walk to the lakefront and enjoy the beach at Lorelei Day Use Area.

Relax in the comfort of two living rooms with fireplaces, three comfortable bedrooms, and two sparkling bathrooms. These and the well-appointed kitchen make Lorelei Creek Cabin the perfect accommodation for up to six guests.

Absolutely beautiful setting with fantastic lake views from a spacious deck. All the amenities you could ask for. Very comfortable beds, and the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! (The people who left the silly review about the closet and the television didn’t deserve a Montana lakeside vacation!) We loved it and hope to go back.

AMAZING Lake House

My husband and I had an amazing time here. The house was very clean, very cozy, and very welcoming. The location is perfect; very relaxing and exactly what we wanted for a birthday getaway. Would definitely come back!

This lake home is wonderful. The day use is how you access the lake, and the one up the road is perfect! The house is so clean and cute with wonderful lake atmosphere. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great Retreat

Our family loved this cabin! It’s a quiet getaway with beautiful views and the perfect location to explore around Canyon Ferry Lake, as well as an easy trip to Helena. Our kids didn’t want to leave. Clean, well-stocked and well decorated. Would love to rent again!

Relaxing and Rejuvenating Stay

The property is amazing and right by the lake. I’d like to go fishing so I was able to do that every morning and every evening with my kids. Both rentals are a couple miles away and we had a blast going out on the lake. This house has everything you need to make your stay great!

Everything was immaculately maintained. The cabin is very well stocked. Two in our group are gourmet chefs and had no problems creating wonderful meals. We look forward to returning!

Great place to stay! The view is very nice! The lake is beautiful. The house was extremely well stocked with everything you might need. Kitchen is small and upstairs. They are in need of a larger coffeemaker. A 4 cup coffeemaker for 6 people was too small. I would stay here again if have the opportunity to travel back to Montana.

Desperate need to get away and be together.

This property was everything you could want in a vacation home. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and just remote enough without being too far from town. The owners have put more thought into this location than I think most luxury hotels. Everything from chargers, coffee, creamer, toiletries, movies, books, games, and a few toys. Well worth every penny. We can't wait to start there again!

No dresser draws, can not get into the closet because the beds are too big. no place to pot your clothes away. kitchen size is so same only one person at a time can get into it. To get to the upper bedrooms you must go through the kitchen. Only one small TV in the house. Great view of the lake and great BBQ. Very clean house but back lay

Wedding weekend

The cabin was great-comfortable, clean and nicely set up. The only issue was that it was very hot this weekend, and without A/C it was a bit tough, although they provided a bunch of fans, and we were able to open windows and get air moving. The downstairs stayed cool, so that was a nice place to get away from the heat. There was also a lot of smoke in the area at the time, but obviously that isn’t the owners fault, just timing-but the cabin itself was very nice

Just Perfect!

This was the PERFECT place for our family to spend the weekend while also attending Homecoming events at Carrol College in Helena. It was a 25-minute drive to the college, which was perfect since we needed to go back and forth several times. But, at the cabin, it felt like we were transported 100 miles from anyone else, and made a busy weekend also feel so relaxing and peaceful. It was also amazing to have a fabulous kitchen for meal prep, which gave us more time to enjoy our stay instead of running to town for food. So many wonderful things about this property - we will be back!! Thank you so much!

I had come to Montana for my son’s wedding and had reserved the cabin as a getaway, along with ease of getting to and from the wedding venue. Lorelei Creek Cabin was amazing!! It was just what we needed to be away from everything and yet close! I love being in nature, and to hear and smell the outdoors every morning on the beautiful deck was a favorite of mine. I would’ve slept out there if I could have! The cabin was exactly as stated on Vrbo. The space was perfect and we enjoyed 9 days of pure bliss after all the excitement of our wedding trip. I would stay there again without hesitation! Thank you for allowing our family such a beautiful cabin to enjoy! Kristina

Montana Empty Nest

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the lake and easy access (walk down) to the lake shore. Close to Helena for a day out and dinner. The hiking was amazing which was the main reason for the trip. Our only suggestions for this property would be to add a room air conditioner in the family room and wifi for internet access. We didn't notice when booking the cabin that there wasn't any air or wi fi. So if not acting on these I would place in capital letters on the booking page in the description.

Excellent remote property

Cabin was welcoming, well stocked and clean. Loved the remote area not far from town. Balcony has an awesome view of the lake. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing time.

Great Summer Spot

Always nice to find a house on Canyon Ferry. House was well equipped with everyone we needed and the porches were perfect for sitting with family! The house was quite warm from it being so hot all day ( typical summer) but it made it pretty uncomfortable at night. The basement was quite cool though! Great experience

Charming cabin in a peaceful setting

We were delighted on checking in to the Lorelei cabin to find it just as portrayed in the photos - cozy, comfortable and well appointed. The setting in the trees feels very private and shaded yet offers easy access to the lake. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to shorten our stay. The owners were very considerate and kind in reacting to this change and we’re deeply grateful for their quick response. We will definitely rebook Lorelei when we travel again to Helena!

Tidy and comfortable lakeside retreat

This beautiful home is impeccably clean, nicely styled, and well appointed. Beds were super comfortable and the overhead fans made for great summertime sleep. The kitchen is tiny (only one person at a time can work in there), but workable and well-stocked. The host has gone to great effort to make the place comfortable, including a few games and videos; towels, chairs, and toys for the beach; extra blankets and pillows; and laundry supplies. The view is lovely and access to the lake was easy. We would LOVE to return and highly recommend this place!

Lovely Cabin on the Lake!
