14-person gîte with sea view, a stone's throw from the beach

Enjoy a new gîte for 14 people and a baby for your stays with family or friends.
The gîte, which will open its doors on 2 March 2026, welcomes you all year round.
Reception is autonomously from 4pm and departure also at 4pm maximum for weekend stays or at 11am for stays of a week minimum.
You enter the house through the alley at the back. You arrive in the large entrance which allows you to leave all the shoes and coats.
The first floor continues with access to the first 3 bedrooms and their bathroom.
The two most spacious bedrooms have a sea view. One has a 140cm bed and the second has a 160cm bed and a TV.
The third bedroom on the first floor has a 140cm sofa bed and a video projector for your mini cinema sessions. This room is an extra bedroom and does not have a window.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. A hairdryer is available.
To complete this space you will find under the stairs a washer and dryer.
The first floor opens onto a large living room of more than 40m2 with a view of the sea. You can also enjoy it from the balcony of 10m2.
The large sofa allows everyone to sit in the living room to enjoy the view.
The double dining table allows you to have all meals with the family.
The kitchen area completes this space and has a large American fridge, an oven, induction hob, a dishwasher and a microwave.
On this floor is the second bathroom with its toilet, shower and sink.
On the second floor you have two bedrooms with porthole windows. One with a 180cm bed and a baby cot, the other with 6 beds of 80cm for children.
The accommodations are fully heated for the winter and air-conditioned for the summer.
The house has a parking space in the garden and the additional vehicle can park in the communal parking lot just in front of the house.
The location of the cottage allows you to take walks all around the Pointe Saint Gildas and to reach the town of Préfailles on foot by the coastal path. (path accessible to strollers)
Two beaches are accessible on foot, one just in front of the cottage and the second in the middle of the coastal path to go to Préfailles. Access is simple and relatively flat.

The port of the point is also accessible on foot for holidaymakers wishing to come with their boat. (the parking in front of the house allows you to park a vehicle + 1 trailer)

From the house you can visit Pornic (12km + bike lane), the safari park Planète Sauvage (40km away), the animal park and shows Légendia Parc (28km away), Saint Nazaire and its naval museums (31km away), or even the city of Nantes and its mechanical elephant (63km away)
Other villages can be easily visited from the house such as Saint Brévin, La Baule, Guérande, Le Croisic, La Plaine sur Mer.
It is also possible to go to the island of Noirmoutier.
As this is a family home, you have access to children's games, a high chair, a booster seat and a potty for the little ones.
