An open-concept main level is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of space, deck access, and a chic, stylish vibe. The great room has a bird's eye view of the gondola and to the beautiful mountains beyond. This fantastic space affords plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and wall mounted Smart TV and Control 4 system for surround sound music - the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family.
The cooks in your group will love the stunning and modern kitchen with its high-end Viking appliances, custom cabinetry, beautiful stone accents, plenty of counter space, and a large kitchen island with seating for five onlookers.
An elegant dining area seats 8 with jaw-dropping views of the ski slopes.
Access the upper deck and BBQ grill off the dining area while taking in mountain-top views over an al fresco meal in warmer months.
On the lower patio, relax in the private hot tub under the stars or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and recap the day's activities.
On the upper level is a stunning primary bedroom suite with a king bed, ambient fireplace, smart TV, and a stand-up desk. A spa-like ensuite bath includes an oversized soaking tub and detoxifying dual-head steamer shower. A romantic private patio sits off this luxurious suite with an outdoor fireplace and sitting area.
The entire family will enjoy the lower level of this home with a large sectional and Smart TV, perfect for movie or game night. There is also a workstation for anyone in the group who needs a desk to work. A queen pull-out sofa adds an additional sleeping option.
Three more bedrooms can be found on the lower level including a queen suite with an ensuite, a king suite with an ensuite, and a bunk room kids will love that sleeps 4-5 with a hall bath. Two washers and dryers are also on-site for your convenience.
High Altitude is a dream with this home's built-in Oxygen Enrichment System; OxySpace Oxygen Enrichment System. Perfect for 24-hour acclamations in higher elevations.
Other amenities include a 2-bay heated garage with additional space in the driveway. A convenient utility mudroom provides plenty of space for gear storage.
4-wheel drive is REQUIRED in the winter months.

ABOUT THE AREA
Prestigious Shockhill is perched just above Breckenridge's high ridgeline, making it perfect for picturesque town and mountain views. This advantageous location between Peaks 7 and 8 allows travel to downtown Breckenridge or the BreckConnect Mid-Station gondola, easy and stress-free. To take advantage, simply walk out your front door and head towards the mid-station connection in about 2 minutes.
SKI ACCESS
You'll take the Breckconnect Gondola from the Shock Hill Station that is just steps from the residence. This will take you up to the Peak 8 base area.
Ski access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
