Cocoonr agency offers this 31 m² duplex flat in Gresse-en-Vercors with ski station, which can be reached by bus or on foot, and sleeps up to 5 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 16 m² living room with fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a 10 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 16 m² east-facing living room with a dining area and a corner sofa that doubles as a sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
First floor:
- A bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed
- A bathroom with bath
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A 10m² terrace with furniture and an enclosed garden in the co-ownership, facing east, to make the most of the fine weather.
To help you make the most of your stay, the owner also provides snowshoes and sledges.
The flat is ideally located in Gresse-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant environment with direct access to nature. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Hiking trails
- Snowshoe trail
- Downhill skiing (about 16 minutes' walk)
- Cross-country skiing (Foyer Nordique - about a 6-minute walk)
- Via ferrata Via Corda (about 10 mins by car)
- Grand Veymont farm (about 7 minutes' walk)
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free at the Dolomites car park, located around 240m from the flat.
As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Shuttle bus service from Grenoble station during school holidays on Saturdays
- Nearest train station: Monestier de Clermont (16km away)
- Grenoble railway station (50km away)
- Nearest airport: Grenoble-Alpes-Isère airport (85km away)
